OK, ich glaube Du hast da noch ein paar Probleme mehr als nur den Sonoff Adapter.
Was hats denn als Admin Version und bist auf default oder latest?

Dann deinstalliere bitte alles was gelb ist und bring Dein System auf einen aktuellen Stand, am besten auf latest.
Es wäre auch von Interesse, welche Node und NPM Version verwendet wird.

MQTT habe ich deaktieviert, da ich die Sonoff-bridge nicht mehr benutze.
Wie Du siehst auch der Mihome adapter ist gelb und der Raspi. Alles Heute Morgen passiert. Mein Smart TV ist erst seit Heute online. Aber die IP-Nummer kolliediert nicht. Deshalb kann ich mir nicht erklären wodurch das passiert ist.

An alle die sich jetzt gedanken drüber machen und versuchen mir zu helfen Herzlichen Dank .

Die Sonoff Bridge läuft aber auch mit dem Sonoff Adapter wenn Tasmota drauf ist.
NPM ist etwas alt, aber daran liegt es nicht. MAch mal was ich geschrieben habe, alles was gelb ist deaktivieren oder besser deinstallieren und alles auf einen aktuellen Stand.
Auf alle Fälle mal Admin und Host.

ein Update steht noch zur Verfügung und zwar Bluetooth von 0.5.2 zur 0.7.3 , aber wenn ich es ausfüre dann funktioniert der Adapter nicht mehr und dem entsprechen meine Bluetooth-Geräte , also lasse ich es lieber.
Soll ich jetzt die Adapter "Sonoff" und "Mihome" wieder instalieren?

Der Port ist beim mir gleich 1883 im Adapter und in den Geräten

versuchs mal mit nodejs zu reparieren bzw altes löschen neu updaten
du hast nodejs 8.16 und node8.15?

das habe ich auf Empfehlung Heute upgedatet. Habe bis jetzt die 8.15 gehabt.
Allerdings habe ich jetzt was anderes festgestellt:

mit dem Rechner, der über LAN mit dem internen Netzwerk verbunden ist kann ich z.B. aud die Visualisierung (192.168.178.57:8082) kommen. Alles richtig.
mit dem Handy über WLAN kann ich mich mit der Adresse nicht verbinden.
Auch die App IoBroker.vis funktioniert im internen WLAN nicht.
Gehe ich über Mobilfunk - VPN dann verbinde ich mich mit dem Iobroker ( bzw.Vis)
Ich denke also, das das Problemm irgendwo im WLan.... Fritzbox liegt.
Aber ich wieß nich wo genau.
Irgendwelche Ideen, Tips....?

wenn der BLE Adapter nach einem Update gelb wird, dann hast den Fixer auch noch nicht laufen lasen oder?
Das Log oben deutet auch auf einige Rechte Probleme hin, deshalb mal den Fix er drüber laufen lassen.

Ich habe bei mir alles aktuell inklusive des BLE und alles grün, wenn da was nicht grün wird, dann sind Probleme vorhanden und die lösen sich nicht, wenn man einfach die alte Version beibehält. Heißt da stimmt was nicht und wird früher oder später für noch mehr Probleme sorgen.
