Ja, aber der Sonoff 3.0 hat ohnehin einen anderen Chipsatz, nicht den CC2531.
Ich weiß nie, welchen der beiden bei Sonoff gerade verwendet wird. Stell mal testweise den Stack auf EZSP (oder so ähnlich) um.

Welche Firmware ist auf dem Stick?Wenn wir das alles geklärt haben , versuch mal die PAN ID auf Ausgangslage zu setzen .

PAN_ID meinst du in Iobroker ExtID oder auf USB Geraät (nicht sicher wie ich das mache)

Probier im Adapter aus, in der Zeile Network ID alles D reinzuschreiben.

Bring das etwas wenn ich auf 7.4.xx Update mache?Mit dem EZSP Chipsatz hab ich wenig Erfahrung. Ich empfehle eigentlich eher bei der alten Firmware zu bleiben es sei denn es gibt Auffälligkeiten damit.
