Den Chipsatztyp musst du wohl auch von TI Z-Stack/CCxxxx
auf Silicon Labs EZSP/EFR32 setzen.

mehrfach den Adaper neu gestartet,
jetzt funktioniert es!

unter der Bedingung das du einfach einen nativ installierten ioBroker hast:

• Zigbee Adapter installieren, NICHT starten
• Im Zigbee-Adapter den seriellen Port vom Sonoff Stick eintragen (entweder /dev/ttyAM... oder /dev/serial/by-id/...
• Korrekte Firmware aussuchen (ember bei Dongle-E, TI-ZStack bei Dongle-P)
• PanID und ExtPanID anpassen
• Adapter starten

Habe ich Device bekommen:

2. In Adapter Setting habe ich das eingetragen (mit DevID und ExtDevID)
   

Adapter started und will nicht grün sein...;(

Was kann ich dort anpassen?

Wie kann ich aus Putty nur zigbee Logs zeigen?
Mit

Zeig alle Adapter Logs. Kann ich das irgendwie filtern?

Es reicht ja wenn du das Log vom Adapterstart zeigst.
Eventuell im Adapter noch den Debug Modus anschalten.

Deutet auf Trouble mit der Firmware hin. Steck das Ding mal aus und nach ein paar Minuten wieder ein. Betreibst du den Stick an einer USB-Verlängerung?

Ordentlicher Reboot schadet auch nichts.

Ich nutze USB Verlängerung (nicht möglich direkt in USB port einstecken)
Ist das fixierbar oder einfacher CC2652P Zigbee Dongle kaufen? (habe ich gelesen CC2531 haben Probleme)

Soll ich andere USB Port versuchen - macht das Sinn?

Ja, aber der Sonoff 3.0 hat ohnehin einen anderen Chipsatz, nicht den CC2531.

Ich weiß nie, welchen der beiden bei Sonoff gerade verwendet wird. Stell mal testweise den Stack auf EZSP (oder so ähnlich) um.

Der Sonoff-ZBDongle-e sollte einen EZSP Chipsatz haben. Ansonsten beschwert sich der Adapter über eine inkonsistente Konfiguration. Daher bitte

• Adapter anhalten
• sicher gehen das kein Zigbee Prozess mehr läuft - das kann bis zu 20 Sekunden dauern
• die Datei nvbackup.json im Verzeichnis /opt/iobroker/iobroker-data/zigbee_0 löschen
• adapter wieder starten

Wenn wir das alles geklärt haben , versuch mal die PAN ID auf Ausgangslage zu setzen .

Ich habe ZBDongle-E mit Firmware 6.10.3.0 - ich kan auf 7.4.4.0 updaten wenn Sinn macht

PAN_ID meinst du in Iobroker ExtID oder auf USB Geraät (nicht sicher wie ich das mache)

Bevor Du ein Update machst .
Probier im Adapter aus, in der Zeile Network ID alles D reinzuschreiben.
Gib dann mal Feedback mit Log Auszug bitte
