Übrigens kann man das influxdb-Repo ohne root shell so installieren:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y gnupg2 curl wget
wget -qO- https://repos.influxdata.com/influxdb.key | sudo apt-key add -
echo "deb https://repos.influxdata.com/debian $(lsb_release -cs) stable" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list

(Jedenfalls bis 'bookworm' kommt, dann muss das wieder anders gemacht werden, weil apt-key dann nicht mehr verwendet werden kann)

@einstein2002 deine Zeitzone haste vergessen anzupassen, muss man bei einem LXC extra machen, anders als bei einer VM, wird aber auch in der Doku darauf hingewiesen.

Ja, als erstes einen user anlegen. Dem dann sudo-Rechte verpassen,

Und unter Linux/Debian installiert man so gut wie nie direkt Programme, man nutzt seinen Paketmanager dafür.
Falls aktuellere Versionen von influxdb verwendet werden sollen als 'von Haus aus' dem Debian Release beiliegen muss/sollte man eine Softwarequelle/Repository anlegen.

Für influxdb so:

(Wobei das nicht als user funktioniert, mach das ausnahmsweise mal als root. Ich muss das mal umbauen, dass es auch als user funktioniert.)

Das habe ich jetzt soweit alles gemacht, nun steh ich wieder auf dem Schlauch.
Hatte noch etwas mit den SUDO rechten zu kämpfen, war auch kein sudo installiert. Wie geht es jetzt weiter? Nee Idee?

Hm. Dann ist in meinen Kommandozeilen noch ein Fehler drin.
Muss ich mir später nochmal anschauen.
In der Datei /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list
muss $(lsb_release Release durch bullseye ersetz werden.
