Bitte an euch...wo bzw. welche pfad ist das /etc/......?
und muss ich das alte dann komplett rausnehmen aus der source list udn das hier neu rein?

Das ist die /etc/apt/sources.list

In deinem Fall muss die so aussehen:

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ impish main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ impish-updates main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ impish-security main restricted universe multiverse

Weitere .list-Dateien (finden sich in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ ) dann ggf. auch anpassen. Mindestens nach dem Upgrade auf den dann gültigen CODENAME (weiß gerade nicht bei welchem Viech die Ubuntus sind)

o.k.die source list habe ich gefunden während du das hier geschrieben hast..

meine sieht jetzt so aus:

und die aändere ich komplett in:

dann speichern und udn apt-get update udn danach apt-get upgrade....richtig?

was ich jetzt aber noch nicht gerafft habe ist das mit dem Codename??

Ja, geht auch. Unter Umständen.
'do-release-upgrade' macht aber u. U. noch anderes als 'nur' die Quellen umstellen. Daher würde ich immer versuchen über diesen Weg zu gehen.

Hast du denn in

ls -lA /etc/apt/sources.list.d

weitere Dateien drin? Vermultich die nodesource.list.

Nein, das ist schon richtig mit 'impish'.
Der vorgesehene Upgrade-Vorgang über das 'do-release-upgrade'-Skript setzt die alte Versionsbezeichnung voraus.
Die wird im Zuge des Upgrades durch das Skript auf den jetzt aktuellen angepasst.
