Wie ich sehe, hattest du wohl eine Standard Installation gemacht, nach Proxmox automatischen Vorgaben. Daher dein root und swap so groß.
Ich würde Proxmox neu aufsetzen und backups einspielen, bei Gelegenheit

@homoran ja, ist ungefährlich (TM) ;-) - im schlimmsten Fall wird er meckern, dass er "data" nicht findet (bin nicht sicher, ob er da nicht den kompletten LV-Pfad haben will)

@homoran hm, immer noch 100% - da würde jetzt nur helfen, den Pool "data" insgesamt zu vergrössern - was aber nicht möglich ist, da die Volumegroup voll ist.
Die andere Möglichkeit wäre, eines der beiden anderen LV-Devices (VMs) zu verkleinern - das ist aber (im Unterschied zum Vergrössern) ein Riesenaufwand. Da ist Neuinstallation einfacher, sorry...

Dafür muss t du dich nicht entschuldigen!!!

Neuinstallation mit neuen IPs (ggf. wieder alten zuweisen??) und anpassen der IPs in allen Adaptern/Programmen wird auch nicht gerade ein Kinderspiel.
zumal ich die UNIFI nicht ans Laufen bekomme um dort ein Backup zu erzeugen

wie gesagt habe ich keine Snapshots.

ioBroker wird schnell gehen, nur vom Unifi habe ich kein aktuelles Backup. Aber der neue AP und die 2 neuen Geräte werde ich schon wieder reinbekommen :-)
(Wenn ich das letzte Backup finde)

NUCi3 steht neben mir - neues ISO brennt gerade - mal sehen.

stimmt, aber wenn's die Platte nicht hergibt, kann man trotzdem ja einfach /root kleiner machen, sodass für den Rest genügend übrig bleibt (Ok, habe jetzt nicht gerechnet, wieviel genau Homoran über-provisioniert hatte...)

@homoran wenn du backups hast, könntest die iobroker vm löschen, dann kannst dir ein unifi backup ziehen.
Anschliesend proxmox neu installieren, vm wieder anlegen, backups einspielen

ich auch nicht - aber ich habe Backups ;-) - zumindest eines pro Tag (Nacht). Das ist erheblich sicherer/schneller/unkomplizierter, als im Falle des Falles erstmal Debian/IOB/Backitup etc. ans Fliegen zu bringen...
(ich meine natürlich die "in Proxmox eingebauten" Bsckups)

Aber von dem Unifi Controller nicht

ahso; evtl. könntest du auch einfach mal schauen, ob sich die Unifi-VM nicht zumindest mounten lässt - und dir dann den Pfad "/var/lib/unifi" als Tar oder zip wegsichern.
