Dein Problem ist, das du mit einem veralteten Betreibssyystem herumfährst. Das hat keinen TÜV mehr.
Ersetz das durch ein aktuelles Debain 12 'Bookworm'.

Du hast das System durch deine Untätigkeit zerschossen. Buster ist schon geraume Zeit nicht mehr angezeigt gewesen.

18.19.0 hat nicht funktioniert, gleicher Fehler.

Sah für mich eher danach aus, dass man sich daran belustigt, dass seit Juni nix passiert ist und ich erneut nach Unterstützung frage. Bin aber erleichtert, dass das anscheinend nicht der Fall ist.
