Troubleshooting NodeJS update

Von deinem 32Bit-System auf ein 64Bit-System gibt es keinen Upgrade-Pfad.
Neuinstallation ist angesagt. -
@thomas-braun Muss ja nicht unbedingt 64 sein. Aber ich könnte doch einfach nen dist-upgrade machen oder sind da beim iobroker Probleme zu erwarten?

Macht keinen Sinn, und auch bei 32Bit wird dringend von einem Dist-Upgrade abgeraten, es hat sich da zu viel geändert.

Eine Neuinstallation?
Dann viel Spaß. Da muss u. a. die boot-Partition umgebogen werden. Und noch diverses anderes Zeug. Hatte mir das damals bei einem Wechsel auf 'Bookworm' angeschaut, mir was es zu heikel. -
@thomas-braun Ich dachte jetzt einfach komplett platt machen und einfach nen neues aktuelles Image aufspielen und dann über den Backup Adapter den iobroker wiederherstellen.

Ich bereite das am besten auf nen 2. Raspy vor. Bisher lief ein Restore bei mir über den Backitup Adapter nie so schön, wie es in der Wiki steht

Hallo,
auch ich stehe/stand vor dem Problem mit einem "veralteten" System.
Nun habe ich einen frisches System aufgesetzt und schon mal den ioBroker inkl. Plugins, mariaDB und Grafana installiert. Wie transferiere ich nun meine bisherigen Plugin-Einstellungen, Datenpunkte, Script und Vis am sichersten in das neue System. Über den Backup-Adapter oder hämisch um keinen "Müll" mitzunehmen? Im neuen Biobroker sind nur noch die Plugins installiert, die ich unbedingt brauche.

was ist für dich MÜLL?
Fehler im Dateisystem kommen auch im Backitup Restore nicht mit.

Dann mach ein Backup!
gut sichern (extern)Dann lösch alle nicht benötigten Adapter (nicht nur die Instanzen)
Wenn dann noch alles rund läuft, machst du ein weiteres Backup.Das stellst du dann auf der neuen Installation wieder her.

Dein Betriebssystem ist zu alt und mittlerweile abgekündigt.
Installier da was aktuelles neu, bevorzugt ein Debian 12 'Bookworm'.

Danke für die schnelle Rückmeldung, das ist aber ärgerlich... Wie mach ich das am Besten, ein direktes Update geht vermutlich nicht? Vermutlich dann das Betriebssystem komplett neu installieren und dann über Backitup ein Backup einspielen? -

Du kannst es noch mit einem 'do-release-upgrade' versuchen.
Zur Sicherheit aber nicht über ssh, sondern mit lokalem Bildschirm und Tastatur.Funktioniert in der Regel ganz gut, evtl. nur auf Pakete wie InfluxDB und/oder Grafana achten.
Vielleicht sogar diese blocken.
