damit habe ich noch nicht gearbeitet, aber wenn Du das so auf die Reihe bekommst, ist das auch ok.
Ich verwende Filezilla für so was, da ich den auch für alles andere verwende was so im Netz per ftp oder ssh hin und her geschoben werden soll.

Hast den IOBroker schon wieder drauf?

Wobei der eigentlich von selber starten sollte.
Kannst aber auch mal den ganzen Pi neu starten mit:

sudo reboot

Kann nicht schaden, wenn der mal frisch hoch kommt.

Edit:
da werden schon wieder zig Adapter angezeigt und das kann nicht sein, da wir soweit noch nicht sind!

Nach meinem Stand wurde gerade der IOBroker frisch installiert und in der Liste sind Adapter zu sehen, die nicht da sein dürften.
Du hast den IOBroker Ordner nicht gelöscht und der läuft noch.
