Grundsätzlich nicht. Dann hat der Datenträger wohl 'nen Schuß.
Tausch den baldmöglichst aus.

Vielleicht sollte ich Trixie einfach nochmal neu aufspielen.

Die Meldungen kommen aber nicht vom OS, sondern von npm bzw. node-gyp.
Keine Ahnung, was da bei dir schief ist.
Das buildenvironment ist aber okay?

Da gibt es defekte Dateien, und verwa7ste Reste, die nicht mehr zugeordnet werden können.

python3-dev ist schon die neueste Version (3.13.5-1).
python3-dev wurde als manuell installiert festgelegt.

Nur das Problem kommt nicht vom rpi2 direkt. Hier läuft der nämlich auf nodejs 20 - 25 einwandfrei auf RaspberryOS 13 'Trixie'.
Da hängt noch irgendwas in der Build Pipeline. Deswegen will ich auch den terminal-Adapter loswerden, der wird ja schon geraume Zeit nicht mehr gepflegt.

Das sollte aber eigentlich via nodejs/npm in jeweils passender Version mitgeschleppt werden:

Den Raspi hatte ich ein Jahr nicht gesehen.
Nur, wenn mal Stromausfall war. Vielleicht 2 mal Im Jahr.

soweit ich jetzt nachgelesen habe

1. npm ls -g node-gyp → GLOBAL Store (npm CLI braucht es)
2. npm i rpi2 → LOKAL installiert node-gyp@7.1.2 (wegen noble/opengpio)
3. npm sucht ./node_modules/.bin/node-gyp → findet 7.1.2 → verwendet ES!
4. Global 11.4.2 wird ignoriert (scoped project)
