Mit dem Dateisystem stimmt was nicht. Es sollten keine orphans beseitigt werden müssen. Nicht bei einem sauberen Bootvorgang.
Installier den eusec-Adapter nochmal aus dem Repo, nicht aus dem GitHub.

Mach das Null_2_WR_autoSperre-Skript weniger geschwätzig. Das kübelt dir ja das komplette Log dicht.

Ganz frischer Eintrag. Wenn du sauber gebootet hast, dann darf diese Meldung auf einem gesunden Datenträger nicht erscheinen.
Das ist dann ein starker Hinweis auf einen Defekt.

Grundsätzlich nicht. Dann hat der Datenträger wohl 'nen Schuß.
Tausch den baldmöglichst aus.

Nur das Problem kommt nicht vom rpi2 direkt. Hier läuft der nämlich auf nodejs 20 - 25 einwandfrei auf RaspberryOS 13 'Trixie'.
Da hängt noch irgendwas in der Build Pipeline. Deswegen will ich auch den terminal-Adapter loswerden, der wird ja schon geraume Zeit nicht mehr gepflegt.

Das sollte aber eigentlich via nodejs/npm in jeweils passender Version mitgeschleppt werden:

soweit ich jetzt nachgelesen habe

1. npm ls -g node-gyp → GLOBAL Store (npm CLI braucht es)
2. npm i rpi2 → LOKAL installiert node-gyp@7.1.2 (wegen noble/opengpio)
3. npm sucht ./node_modules/.bin/node-gyp → findet 7.1.2 → verwendet ES!
4. Global 11.4.2 wird ignoriert (scoped project)
