Proxmox has changed to `Bookworm`

@amg_666 Mach doch einfach ein backup der container und probier es aus. Kannst ja dann jederzeit wieder zurück zu bullseye.
Bei mir hat es bei den meisten containern fast problemlos geklappt, musst nur die locale wieder erstellen. Nur die container mit docker und pihole wollten nicht auf anhieb klappen, die jeweiligen web ui war nicht mehr erreichbar. War dann aber zu faul um herauszufinden warum und bin wieder zurück auf das direkt vorher erstellte backup mit bullseye.@tobrog sagte in Proxmox has changed to `Bookworm`:

Container, die in Docker laufen, sollte man auch nicht Inline auf ein neues OS updaten, sondern als ganzes Docker Image. Da musst Du besser warten, bis es da ein PiHole auf Bookworm Basis gibt.

Das ist viel, denn wir wissen ja nicht, was Du vielleicht schon falsch oder nicht korrekt eingerichtet hast, also kann alles oder gar nichts schiefgehen.
Meine zwei Debian Bullseye waren korrekt eingerichtet und tagesaktuell, somit hat die Umstellung ohne Probleme funktioniert. Tip erst mal bei Debian und auch hier im Forum lesen https://forum.iobroker.net/topic/65655/upgrade-von-debian-11-bullseye-auf-12-bookworm, dann verstehen, dann machen :)Und wie oben schon von @tobrog gesagt wurde, per Proxmox ein Backup des Containers/VM machen und man steht auf der sicheren Seite.

bitte genau darauf achten, welche zusätzlichen Repositorys man noch eingerichtet hat, z, B.
influxDB, Grafanausw., denn nicht für jedes Stück Software gibt es aktuell auch schon ein Bookworm Repository. Also wenn unsicher, dann lieber noch mal fragen.VG

Mir ist schon klar, dass man docker container nicht auf ein neues OS bringt sondern das image austauscht. Ich habe sowohl pihole als auch docker in einem lxc laufen und habe versucht die lxc container auf bookworm zu bringen, was auch erstmal problemlos geklappt hat. Nur die WebUI von pihole und von portainer waren danach nicht mehr erreichbar.

Für Docker im lxc wird vom Proxmox staff aus Sicherheitsgründen immer wieder abgeraten, empfohlen wird vm.

/etc/apt/source.listist die zentrale und wichtigste, die Standdatei in der für das Betriebssystem drin steht, wie und wo die Repositorys herkommen/genutzt werden. Wenn es diese Datei auf Deinem Proxmox nicht gibt, ist da etwas ganz faul.Zeig doch mal Deinen derzeitigen Stand.

Der Weg ist doch oben beschrieben. Zunächst ein Upgrade im bestehenden System, dann die Quellen ändern, dann ein upgrade.

Ich hatte beim ersten Versuch die Enterprise-Repos aufgenommen, da ich ehrlicherweise nicht genau gelesen habe. Danach musste ich die Repos ohne Abo per Hand in die entsprechenden Verzeichnisse eintragen. Läuft nun alles sauber .

wenn ich Dich richtig verstehe, dann kannst Du Dir ein aktuelles Template ziehen, siehe @Meister-Mopper, das ist aber nur für neue Container, die LXC Container, die Du schon angelegt hast, die kannst Du nach dem Tutorial von @Thomas-Braun → https://forum.iobroker.net/topic/65655/upgrade-von-debian-11-bullseye-auf-12-bookworm hochziehen.
Bei Fragen, lieber einen eigenen Post aufmachen.
