Danke dir. Bevor ich jetzt aber mir eine LTS Ubuntu Version von 20.04 runterlade die Frage ob du für ioBroker grundsätzlich eine anderes Template empfiehlst? Vorschläge nehme ich sehr gerne entgegen -
Ich empfehle das Original: Debian 12 'Bookworm'
Ist im HowTo auch die Distribution der Wahl, soweit ich weiß. -

Kannst du machen wie du willst (oder davon abhängig machen, was an Vorwissen vorhanden ist. VM ist etwas pflegeleichter als ein Container).
Verstehe nicht wie das bei den anderen YouTubern dann funktioniert.
Ich verstehe auch oft nicht was die Juhtjuber da immer treiben. Allerdings wird von den 'YT-Kollegen' furchtbar oft einfach nur falscher Schrott erzählt. Hauptsache es blinkt und dauert lange.

war bis zum Punkt "4 - VM einrichten" super. Habe jetzt ein gut funktionierende Debian Installation - stand eh auf dem ToDo Zettel. Nur die iOBroker Installation unter Debian hab ich noch nicht hin bekommen.In der Anleitung geht man damit ja dann auch auf einen LXC Container. Das hab ich mit einem Debian Template und nochmal mit einem Abuntu LTS Template probiert. IOBroker kommt zum laufen aber sobald ich die Wiederherstellung einspiele ist Schluss mit lustig. Da läuft dann gar nix mehr.
Die Wiederherstellung kommt aus einem Synology Doker Contaier. Ich meine aus einer buanet Umgebung.
Ich muss kotz.... wenn ich alles neu aufsetzen muss aber ich fürchte da ist was nicht kompatibel.

IP Adresse ist auf jeden Fall eine andere. Hostname weiß ich nicht wie der bei der alten Installation war.

ja, das Spendersystem sitzt auf einer Synology NAS im Doker Container. Hier hieß das Template "buanet". Jetzt möchte ich das System umziehen auf einen Mini PC / Proxmox und dann in ein Ubunto Template. Ich nehme auch ein anderes.

Ja/nein, falsch ist nicht das richtige Wort, da Du ja vielleicht noch nicht so viel hier gepostet hast und neu bist.
Dieser nette Hinweis, sich einmal diese Seite durchzulesen, ist hilfreich, damit Du gleich soviel/korrekte Informationen lieferst ohne, dass die, die Dir helfen wollen, immer nachfragen müssen.Zu deinem Problem, da wurde ja schon das Richtige angemerkt, wenn Du ein neuen
ioBrokeraufbaust, der einen neuen Host-Namen und/oder eine neue IP bekommen hat und Du dann ein Backup dort einspielst, dann beißen sich die alten und neuen Einstellungen.
Beispiel:# Altes System IP= 192.168.178.25 Hostname= iobroker # Neues System IP= 192.186.178.125 Hostname= nuer-iobrokerBeim Erstellen des neuen
iobrokerserreichst Du ihn anschließen unter der Adesse "http://192.168.178.125:8081" oder "http://neuer-iobroker:8081". Wenn jetzt das Backup eingespielt wird, wird intern der neueioBrokeraber wieder auf die alte IP und den alten Namen gemappt, deswegen kannst Du anschließend nicht mehr die WEB-GUI aufrufen, denn sie wird unter den neuen Parametern nicht mehr gefunden, einfach ausgedrückt, das Mapping stimmt nicht mehr.Du hast ja schon von @Homoran die Information bekommen
