Hallo,

ich hab den Stick im April letzten Jahres gekauft und bin super zufrieden.
Hatte zuvor den CC2531 mit angelöteter Antenne im Einsatz.

Der Unterschied ist wie Tag und Nacht.
Zuvor war mein Zigbee Netzwerk nicht besonders stabil, heute mit knapp 60 Geräten super.

Allerdings habe ich seit ich mein ioBroker neu aufgesetzt hab das Problem,
dass mir einige wenige Sensoren manchmal verloren gehen.
Die Überlegung war nun, ob ein Update auf die neuste FW vielleicht sinnvoll wäre.
Allgemein schadet es sicher nicht die neuste FW zu verwenden (außer, dass man alle Geräte neu anlernen muss...)

Mein Stick hat die FW 20200211.
Zu dem Stick gibt es von arteck eine Infoseite und Anleitung zum FW updaten, welche aber nimmer ganz aktuell ist:

Die Amazon und Ebay Links sind nimmer aktuell, ein JTAG Programmer ist aber einfach selber zu finden.
Allerdings ist die Firmware auf die verlinkt wird bereits 2 Jahre alt.

Die Frage ist nur, gibt es überhaupt eine neue FW?
Bzw. kann die FW von jethome-ru? verwendet werden?

Arteck verweist auf seiner GitHub Seite auf die FW von Antst (GitHub) (welche wie oben beschrieben zwei Jahre alt ist).
Allerdings verweist Antst für seine FW in seinem Readme auf das HW-Design von Modkam...
Ergo sollte die FW von Jethome-ru für den Stick von Arteck funktionieren :man-shrugging: :sleuth_or_spy: :thinking_face:
Wenn ja, wäre die USB Firmware die passende?

diese ist auch wenn die alt ist aber aktuell.. und ja es ist die USB.

wir haben eine neue Version der Platine entwickelt und diese sogar verbessert

der USB Anschluss ist gegen einen mini USB getauscht worden ..so hat man mehr Platz am vorhandenen USB Port..man braucht auch keine Verlängeung mehr..
die Pins zum Flashen sind zugänglicher und genormt, der Anschluss vom J-Link Flasher passt direkt drauf, kein gefummel mit extra Kabel..
die Platine ist schlanker geworden..
es wurden Goldkontakte verbaut
der Antennenanschluss ist optimal gelötet so, dass es keine Störungen gibt

@tdcropower der sollte sich nach dem flashen neu konfigurieren.. brauchst nix tun.. abstecken flashen reinsstecken ...wichtig warten.. kann bis zu 3 min dauern.

kann man das Skript auf einem Linux Host direkt nutzen und den per USB angeschlossenen Stick updaten?
Das wäre definitiv die beste Methode seinen Stick immer aktuell halten zu können, da man durch den ioBroker ja idealerweise sowieso eine Linux Kiste am laufen hat.

anhand anderer Anleitung wird das Python Skript nicht mit python SKRIPTNAME aufgerufen, sondern per ./SKRIPTNAME
Dabei kommt folgendes bei mir...

Das skript setzt python 3.7 oder höher voraus.
Dein 'python' ruft aber python 2.7.16 auf.
Es muss also

python3 blahblubb

lauten.
