Ich denke, das passt auch zu diesem Problem in diesem Thread:

Auch bei mir funktioniert es wieder nicht mehr, sieht aus als ob judo erneut was gemacht hat.

Aktuelle Version ist 1.1.2. Keine Ahnung ob da was gefixed wurde, aber ein Test kann wahrscheinlich nicht schaden,

Korrekt, mit 1.1.2 hatte es auch eine Zeit lang funktioniert, aber zwischenzeitlich eben auch nicht mehr.
Ich vermute, dass seitens judo zwischenzeitlich der Datenabruf via Portal gesperrt wurde und die Server den ioBroker-Adapter blocken...

Müsste man also vermutlich für ioBroker-Abfragen eine Lösung über die dafür gedachte API bauen (wer immer dazu in der Lage ist)...

Das ist ein Adapter von arteck und er kann (und wird sicher auch) da was anpassen.

ER hat das Problem ja auch schon wie hier zu lesen war gesehen.
