Und wohl eine InfluxDB :) Das sind zumindest die größten Backups. Am besten immer mit -h arbeiten, dann kann man die Dateigrößen auch direkt lesen. Also z.B.

du -hs /opt/*
sudo du -hs /*

Habe auch noch das Programm "Raspberry Backup" drauf.
Das Erstellt jeden Sonntag ein komplettes Backup des Systems und speichert es auf einem gemountetem USB-Stick
