      @darkiop max power of battery solltest Du noch füllen. Es gibt an, was die Batterie abgeben kann. Für deine Strategie spielt es glaub ich keine Rolle, eher für die Strategie, die Batterie voll einzubinden.
      Bin gerade nicht am Rechner, um zu schauen, ob es sonst auch Auswirkungen hat...

        @sneak-l8 Hi, sorry für die lange Sendepause, hatte viel um die Ohren...
        Also, ich habe die Keba-ios-App laufen, die auch den Status der Box abfragt, somit "Ja" die erste Frage betreffend.
        Mit "Download funktionert" meine ich, dass die Sessions in den Stats landen, also grundsätzlich schon eine Kommunikation zw. der Box und iobroker stattfindet.
        Im Log steht nichts... 😞

          @thilo-frank Zwei Systeme, die gleichzeitig die Box abfragen, ist nicht optimal. Die Box absturz immer dem, der zuletzt mit ihr gesprochen hat.

          Im debug-log steht auf jeden Fall was. Zumindest das, was an die Box gesendet wird.

            Das hatte ich befüllt - nur nicht für den Screenshot.

            Der erste Test, bei dem bisschen Sonne heute, lief auch erfolgreich:

              @darkiop Ich muste geradde feststellen, dass mit die Wallbox auch einen State 5 zurückliefert, selbst wenn ich weder eine kWH-Limitierung noch eine RFID-Freigabe aktiviert habe. Ich vermute, dass das Auto nach einer Weile auch ein "ich mag nicht mehr" sendet, wenn es zu lange keinen Strom bekommen hat.
              Zumidnet schickt mir mein ID.3 immer wieder über die Volkswgen App Push-Benachrichtigungen "Fehler beim Laden". Manchmal blickt die LED am Ladeport langsam weiß, wenn sie auf Strom von der Wallbox wartet und manchmal geht sie auf rot. Und letzteres führt vermutlich dazu, dass der State der Wallbox auf 5 springt. Und dann fängt das Auto nicht mehr zu laden an ...
              Mir fällt jetzt nur ein, einen Timer zu nutzen und zu schauen, wann ich das letzte Mal einen Versuch unternommen hab, das Laden zu starten. Und bei State 5 würde ich es dann z.B. 1 Stunde lang nicht mehr versuchen und dann doch nmal wieder.
              Oder es immer einmal versuchen und wenn der Status auf 5 bleibt, erstmal ne Stunde warten oder so.
              Sonst hab ich Pech, wenn das Auto lange steckt und lnage auf Sonne wartet ....

                Guten Morgen, habe ähnliches beobachtet, Wallbox steht auf 5/7 und MercedesMe meldet einen Ladefehler. Nach abstecken und wieder anstecken ist der Fehler weg und bei ausreichend Überschuss startet auch die Ladung.

                  @darkiop oder nach Wechsel auf ne ältere Version 🙂
                  Ich denke, ich versuche immer nur einen Ladeversuch mit state == 5 und dann so lange mit state == 5 nicht mehr, bis ich mal das Laden wegen nicht genügend Überschuss nicht starten würde.

                        Hallo zusammen,

                        ich habe mal eine doofe Frage. Ich habe einen ID.4 wenn PV Überschuss da ist startet das Laden aber immer mit ca. 4,1 kWh. Jetzt haber ich gerade nen Golf GTE als Leihwagen, habe des gerade angestöpselt, der Lädt jetzt gerade mit 1,8 kWh. Nen Phasenswitcher habe ich nicht?
                        kecontact.0.u1 kecontact.0.u2 und kecontact.0.u3 zeigen auch alle ca. 230 V an, aber nur i1 ist mit 10100 gefüllt, i2 und i3 sind 0, warum ist das sonst nicht der Fall? Habe keinen Phasenswitch

                          @malz1902 Du lädst den ID.4 wohl mit 3 Phasen (6A * 230V * 3), den GTE mit nur einer Phase (6A * 230V).

                          Wenn der GTE nur auf einer Phase lädt, dann ist nur i1 > 0. Da die Wallbox aber auf allen drei Phasen Strom anbietet, sind U1, U2 und U3 = 230V.

                          Was ist jetzt komisch? Hättest Du erwartet, dass der GTE auch mit 4,2 kW? Wäre den so viel Überschuss da?

                            Hätte eher erwartet, dass der ID.4 auch mit so wenig Laden kann. Aber liegt glaub ich eher am Golf GTE, der kann wohl nur 1-phasig Laden und deswegen passiert das gerade wohl.
                            Es liegt 3x 230 V an, aber da der Golf nur 1-Phasig kann, wird wohl auch nur ein Phase versorgt

                              @malz1902 Dein ID.4 lädt 3-phasig, wenn er drei Phasen bekommt. Deine Wallbox hat drei Phasen, also lädt er auch mit dreien. Mindeststromstärke ist 6A, daher 4,2 kW.
                              Weniger geht nur, wenn Du Phasen abklemmst (ggf. über Phasenumschalter).

                                Liegt wohl daran weil der Golf nur einphasig kann und die WB dann so schlau ist und das dann macht.

                                  @malz1902 Da ist nicht viel mit schlau. Die Wallbox bietet immer 3x 230V mit 6A bis xA an. Wenn der GTE nur eine Phase hat, kann er halt die Energie von Phase 2 und 3 nicht annehmen.

                                    @sneak-l8 trotzdem schlau 😄 Fürs Überschussladen sogar ganz gut 😄 Hab noch keinen Phasenswitch der das macht beim ID.4 daher ganz gut da ich momentan nur 2-3 kW Überschuss habe

                                      könntest Du mir mal auf die Sprünge helfen, bzgl. dem Verhalten des Adapters in bestimmten Situationen.

                                      Ich verwende den Adapter in der neuesten (stable) Version 2.1.0. mit folgenden Einstellungen:

                                      In letzter Zeit habe ich im photovoltaics automatic - Modus immer wieder die Situation, dass die Fahrzeuge (Cupra Born und Ford Mach-E) den Ladevorgang beenden und danach trotz restarting - Versuche des Adapters den Ladenvorgang nicht wieder aufnehmen. Mich beschleicht das Gefühl, dass es mit der Ansteuerung des Phasenswitch (Kecontact S10) zusammenhängen könnte, werde aber aus den Logs nicht richtig schlau. Ich wäre Dir sehr dankbar, wenn Du Dir die Logs mal anschauen könntest.

                                      Kann es sein, dass sich gegenüber vorherigen Adapterversionen in dieser Hinsicht etwas geändert hat? Bin mir da aber nicht sicher, da ich den Adapter in den letzten drei Monaten wetterbedingt überwiegend nicht im Automatikmodus benutzt habe. Zwischen Juli und Oktober 2023 hatte ich dieses Problem kein einziges Mal. Es kann aber ja auch sein, dass der Phasenswitch einen Defekt hat...

                                      Meine zweite Frage zum Verhalten des Adapters bezieht sich auf die mA - Regelungsschrittweite. In den Logs kann ich ja sehr schön nachverfolgen, dass er die Anpassung alle 30 Sekunden vornimmt. Die Schrittweiteneinstellung im Adapter habe ich im Standard belassen mit 500mA. Wenn ich mir die Logeinträge ansehe, sind die Sprünge aber regelmäßig größer als 500mA. Ist das richtig so oder verstehe ich da was falsch??? Bin kein Elektriker, nur Kaufmann... 😬 😉

                                        @stronoff ich versuche mich mal dran zu machen... Zunächst mal danke für die tolle Beschreibung und das Log, damit lässt sich was anfangen und ich kann gleich analysieren.

                                        Sehe ich das richtig, dass Du gegen 9 Uhr kurz nach der Phasenumschaltung die PV-Automatik deaktiviert hast?

                                        Mich wundern die Log-Einträge, wo immer wieder versucht wird, die Leistung (von 17,5A auf 32A) zu erhöhen. Lädst Du einphasig? Dann ist das wohl die Schieflastbegrenzung und nur das Log unschön, weil mein Adapter nicht weiß, dass er nicht weiter erhöhen kann. Das würde bedeuten, dass der Switch auf 3 Phasen nicht klappt.

                                        Nach (Re)Aktivierung der PV-Automatik wird es aber komisch. Der Adapter will je nach Überschuss regeln, aber die Wallbox bleibt erst bei 17,5A hängen und später passen die Von-Werte der Anpassung nicht zum vorher eingestellten Zielwert...

                                        Wenn jetzt der Phasenswitch einsetzt, dann startet das Auto gar nicht mehr. Ich hatte erst gedacht, ob es die neue Logik ist, dass die Wallbox nicht versucht zu laden, wenn der Status einen "Ladefehler" anzeigt, aber dann würde man keine Logeintrag mit "(re)start charging" sehen.

                                        Und dann kommt beim nächsten Phaseswitch sogar die Meldung, dass Du nicht schalten darfst. Hat das Auto da vielleicht geladen, obwohl es im Log nicht ersichtlich ist?

                                        Gehe ich recht in der Annahme, dass Du eine c- oder x-Series hast? Und Du nutzt den K10 von Keba?
                                        Da kann ich mir jetzt keinen rechten Reim drauf machen. Denn die Wallbox scheint alles richtig zu machen, aber die Rückmeldungen passen einfach nicht. Kannst Du die Log auch mal mit Level Debug erstellen?

                                          Du dankst mir für die "tolle Beschreibung" ?!?

                                          Ich hab' Dir zu danken für den genialen Adapter und die Tatsache, dass Du Dich meines Problems annimmst!!! 👋

                                          Zumal ich vergessen hab' zu erwähnen, dass es sich bei meiner Wallbox um eine P30 C-Serie handelt. Und ja, der Phasenumschalter ist der Orginal Keba S-10, kein Nachbau.

                                          Um 08:00:22.479 habe ich den Mach-E abgesteckt und 12 Sek später, um 08:00:34.802 den Born angesteckt.

                                          Nachdem ich dann gesehen hab', dass der Born den Ladevorgang wieder nicht startet, hab' ich über zwei "Schalter" die ich mir in die VIS gebaut hab', zuerst das Laden pausiert (08:58:47.161) und wieder gestartet, und dann (09:01:11.083) die PV-Automatik ausgeschaltet, in der Hoffnung, dass das Laden startet, was auch tatsächlich funktioniert hat, da das Laden tatsächlich begonnen hat.

                                          Um 09:44:37.881 habe ich dann wieder den PV-Automatik-Modus aktiviert, in der Hoffnung, dass es dann weiter funktioniert. Eine Zeitlang hat das auch funktioniert, um 09:49:37.755 will er dann wieder auf einphasiges Laden umstellen, aber da bleibt das ganze wieder hängen. Um 10:52:07.900 schaltet er wieder auf 3-phasig. Der Ladevorgang startet aber leider trotzdem nicht.

                                          Das passiert dann einige Male.

                                          Um 13:10:29.985 schalte ich den Automatik - Modus wieder aus. Dann kommt noch ein paar Mal die Fehlermeldung Error received from wallbox: TCH-ERR:X2 : not allowed now

                                          Um 13:15:08.237 beginnt er dann tatsächlich wieder mit dem Ladevorgang. Warum auch immer?!? Auch das Umschalten auf den Automatik-Modus um 13:21:27.907 funktioniert dann weiter.

                                          Was ich komisch finde ist, dass ich letztes Jahr von Juni - Oktober ausschließlich mit 1p/3p geladen hab. In der Zeit habe ich nur den PV-Modus verwendet. Auch der S-10 Phasenswitch war von Anfang an installiert.

                                          Hat das Auto da vielleicht geladen, obwohl es im Log nicht ersichtlich ist?

                                          Das glaube ich ausschließen zu können, da der Born sofort in seinem VW-Connect-Adapter auf "Invalid" geht. Beim Mach-E bekomme ich sofort eine Meldung von der Ford App, dass der "Ladevorgang wegen eines Fehlers der Ladestation gestoppt wurde".

                                          Das 3-phasige Laden scheint ja auf jeden Fall zu funktionieren, da mir angezeigt wird, dass das Auto mit 11kW geladen wird. Kann es ein Problem sein, dass ich die Wallbox nicht auf 11kW limitiert habe? Theortisch könnte sie ja 22kW, aber die Fahrzeuge können das ja nicht.

                                            @stronoff Danke für Deine Rückmeldung. "Not allowed now" ist eine Rückmeldung der Wallbox und dürfte die Reaktion auf die Anweisung des Adapters sein, die Phasen zu schalten. Ich frage mich, warum sich die Keba weigert, umzuschalten.
                                            Zwischen den Schaltvorgängen liegen mehr als 5 Minuten, daran kann es nicht liegen. Daran dass das Auto gerade lädt eigentlich auch nicht. Denn wenn man über X2 schaltet, dann hab ich Keba so verstanden, dass die Wallbox dann eigenständig das Laden unterbricht, umschaltet und das Laden wieder fortsetzt.

                                            Die Meldung des Adapters "(re)start charging with..." komtm auch nur, wenn der Adapter der Meinung ist, dass derzeit nicht geladen wird. Und das wird über currentUser ermittelt, welcher gelesen wird, wenn enableUser == true oder state == 3 ist. Das hieße also, dass in der Zeit 10:52 bis 10:57 entweder currentUser == 0 war (unwahrscheinlich, da der Wert bei "(re)start" gesetzt wird, oder dass enbleUser false und/oder state nicht 3 ist. Zeichnest du den Zustand der States zufällig auf und kannst das nachschauen?

                                            Falls nein, versuche doch nochmal eine Phasenumschaltung "live" zu beobachten und berichte, was die Werte "state", "enableUser" und "currentUser" währenddessen machen. Evtl. auch enableSys, error1, error2 und p.

                                            Je länger ich darüber nachdenke, scheint mir die Wallbox ein Problem zu haben, weshalb sie sich so verhält. Will nicht sagen kaputt, sondern eher, dass sie etwas feststellt, was sie veranlasst sich so ungewohnt zu verhalten.
                                            Es slohnt sich sicherlich, zumindest die error1/error2 states zu protokollieren, um zu sehen, ob die Wallbox mal Fehler erkannt hat. Hab bei mir gerade geschaut, da ist der letzte Eintrag von der Inbetriebnahme als der Wert initial auf 0 gesetzt wurde und hat sich seit dem nicht geändert. Werden also nicht zu viele Einträge 🙂
