In der ersten Ebene liegen eigentlich nur Module, die iobroker.XYZ heißen. Also alles, was da auch als 'extraneous' gekennzeichnet ist ist auch genau das: Überflüssig.

Versuch mal per

cd /opt/iobroker && npm prune

da Ordnung reinzubringen.

Aber wie hast du die Dinger überhaupt in das System reingehievt? Unorthodoxe Installation von irgendwas via github oder direkt per npm?

npm uninstall PAKETNAME

in dem entsprechenden Verzeichnis.
Kann aber sein, dass du dir damit dann andere Baustellen aufreißt.
