    hallo Zusammen,

    ich habe gestern mein Passwort bei Amazon geändert, seit dem bekomme ich den Login in der Alexa2.0 Instanz nicht mehr hin, bekomme immer die Rückmeldung das emailadresse oder passwort falsch sei, gehe ich direkt auf die amazon homepage funktioniert alles wunderbar, allerdings muss ich das captcha eingeben. Laut hilfe des adapters soll ich js deaktivieren, das bringt aber leider auch keinen Erfolg, hat jemand einen Rat

      Hallo,

      ich habe den gleichen Fehler ich kann mich über den Adapter nicht anmelden. ich bekomme die Meldung das ich eine gültige Email oder Mobilfunknummer eingeben soll.

        So ich hatte jetzt Erfolg, bei mir lag es wahrscheinlich am Port, wenn Du versuchst Dich zu verbinden und es fehlschlägt kannst Du mal ins Log schauen da sollte dann was da stehen mit welchen Port Du es versuchen kannst. Bei mir war es Port 36647.

            Hänge mich hier auch mal an.
            Nachdem ich jedoch in den letzten 2 Wochen schon zum 4. Mal ein neues Amazon-Passwort vergeben und auf mehreren Geräten neu eingeben musste, warte ich lieber ab, wie Ihr das Problem löst.
            Langsam gehen mir die merkbaren Passwörter aus 😕

              Ich habe seit gestern auch das gleiche Problem. Nach dem keine Sprachausgabe mehr erfolgte habe ich den adapter neu gestartet, und von da an bekomme ich mich nicht mehr angemeldet.
              Ich habe bisher noch keine Lösung gefunden. ☹️

                Aber habe denke ich nicht dasselbe Problem, jedoch kann ich mich auch nicht anmelden.

                Wenn ich auf den Adapter klicke steht da wo man normalerweise seine Mail und Passwort angeben muss bei mir folgendes

                Bitte warten Sie, während der Adapter - Status geladen wird ...

                Und das mittlerweile schon seit 24 Stunden

                Habe schon den Adapter gelöscht neu installiert, einen Restart und Reboot von IOBroker gemach sowie den Fixer rüber laufen lassen.

                Leider ohne Erfolg der Adapter bleibt rot und verbindet sich nicht.

                Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee was der Fehler sein kann, beziehungsweise was muss ich anhängen damit ihr mir bei meinem Problem helfen könnt?

                Im Log fand ich noch dies hier

                      Keine Empfehlung dazu von mir. Auch wenn es bei mir mittlerweile keine Probleme mit meinen verwendeten Adaptern gibt.

                        Ich habe heute morgen noch ein altes Backup eingespielt aber der Alexa Adapter verbindet sich nicht.

                        Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Login Daten zu löschen, also das ich mich im Adapter neu mit den Benutzerdaten von Amazon Alexa anmelden kann?

                        Ich las da noch was von Cookies und kam auch auf eine Anleitung aber ich bin der Englischen Sprache leider nicht so mächtig.

                        sonst läuft alles auf dem IOBroker, bis auf den Alexa Adapter

                          Hatte das selbe Problem!

                          Habe jetzt auch eine Lösung! die bei mir geholfen hat.
                          Den Adapter (Alexa2.0) deinstallieren. Dann den iobrocker Neustarten. und die Adapter neu installieren und anmelden.

                          hoffe konnte helfen

                              @smarty15 Was steht denn im Startlog des Adapters?
                              Eine ältere Version von node dürfte nicht die Lösung sein.

                                        ich habe das problem das er mir immer anzeigt, das ich angeblich Falsche Login Daten eingegeben habe. Was aber absolut nicht sein kann! Mehrfach schon ausprobiert und getestet.
