Ich hab die Installation jetzt mal auf dem Rechner gemacht, auf dem iobroker am Ende dann auch laufen soll, und zwar quasi in richtiger Reihenfolge, und ohne nvm:

Was hab ich übersehen?

Ich wollte die ganze Zeit nach der Distro fragen :-)
Woher weisst du das mit Arch?
muss mir durch die Lappen gegangen sein :-(

Auf dem anderen Rechner hatte es ja, trotz apt-get, funktioniert, und da ist dasselbe Manjaro drauf..

In der Zwischenzeit bin ich ein Stück weiter:
Mir ist (nach gefühlt 1000 anderen Versuchen, u.a. z.b. den Mirror manuell zusetzen mit 'REGISTRY_URL="https://registry.npmjs.org') aufgefallen, dass ich im Post vom 4. März den Einzeiler einmal mit, und einmal ohne, "-suo" zitiere..
Im Log steht er ohne "-suo" (was auch immer das heisst), und wenn ich es weglasse, siehe da, es klappt

You need to re-login before doing anything else on the console!

Nach 'nem Reboot konnte ich im Browser wieder das schicke "Willkommen" bewundern, und nach 'nem versuchten Backup restore bin ich wieder raus:

Warum muß es denn eigentlich unbedingt Manjaro sein? Einfach nur so? Wie Du merkst, ist es für ioBroker nicht unbedingt die beste Wahl. :man-shrugging:

Wo kommt das eigentlich her?
Hab ich bei meiner Installation auf Manjaro nicht so gemacht.
Eigentlich nur den Installer wie auch unter Debian ausgeführt und auf die Hilferufe entsprechend per pacman alles händisch nachinstalliert.

Das weiss ich nicht mehr... ich hatte an dem Tag 1000 Tabs offen, wo ich rumrecherchiert hatte... und irgendwo hab ich das mitkopiert :man-shrugging:

es war eben 3x an derselben stelle, ja...
(allerdings hab ich gerade versucht das komplette iobroker-data verzeichnis zu kopieren, und jetzt erreiche ich den iobroker im browser nicht mehr.... gibt's irgendwo 'nen command allà "iobroker reset all"? :man-facepalming: :man-bowing: )

@dokbiz Und nochmal der vollständigkeit halber: JS-Controller ist die 4.0.19?? (iob version).

Dann versuchen wir mal mehr rauszufinden:

Editiere mal /opt/iobroker/node_modules/iobroker.js-controller/lib/setup/setupBackup.js (ANnahme liegt auch bei dir, sonst Basispfad anpassen)
Über Zeile 496 (https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.js-controller/blob/ef364284a964d6854558dc6ce16647f2993ed126/packages/controller/lib/setup/setupBackup.js#L496) ein console.log(JSON.stringify(_objects[i])); einfügen
Dann kommen da gaaanz viele Ausgaben ... Bitte mal die Paar zeilen über dem Fehler posten wenn er wieder kommt

bei mir unterscheiden sich die dateien ein wenig, es war zeile 489.. aber ich hab was du wolltest:
