[influxDB] nach Rechnerumzug immer wieder ECONNREFUSED

leider Zähle ich mich zu den unwissenden in der ganzen Materie und bin ziemlich aufgeschmissen wenn etwas nicht läuft.Ich habe den Raspberry Pi heruntergefahren und ihn vom Strom getrennt und nach ca. einer halben Stunde wieder angeschlossen und nach dem Hochfahren kam der Fehler bei der Influxdb.
Zuvor lief alles ohne Probleme. -
apt policy influxdb systmctl status influxdb -

Dürfte in der /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list drin stehen. -

Die /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list ist noch falsch.
Zeig mal was da jetzt drin steht.cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list -

Ersetze das erste buster durch debian -
ehm... so war das nicht gemeint oder?

Mit einem Editor wie z.B. nano macht man dasnano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/influxdb.list -
