Node 13 ist eine ungerade und somit ne Entwickler Version. Ich denke das steht auch so recht deutlich in der offiziellen IOBroker Doku.
Gerade geschaut, steht sogar in rot drin, somit hast schon nicht die richtige Doku zur Installation. -

Weil das in der Anleitung steht:
Als letzte Überprüfung bitte noch die Version von npm mittels npm -v überprüfen. Ergibt dies eine Version < 6, bitte noch mit sudo -H npm install -g npm@6 ein npm-Update durchführenBitte keine Fragen per PN, die gehören ins Forum!
