und woher kann das kommen ?
hab gerade mal "systemctl status deconz.service" gemacht und bekomme das, falls das was hilft.

@Michael-Schmitt ist der pi jetzt mit WLAN verbunden oder per LAN?
Das geht aus deinem Eingangspost nicht eindeutig hervor.
Aber aufgrund deiner Schilderung vermute ich das dein PI per WLAN verbunden ist.
Die Vermutung basiert darauf das du Probleme mit der Erreichbarkeit von Phoscon hast und gleichzeitig auch mit den Zigbee Geräten.Davon ausgehend hast du einen Breitband Störer im 2,4 GHz Band, der ziemlich na an deinem PI sein dürfte. Würde sagen im Umkreis von 5-6m.
Der Störer muss nicht Zwangsweise ein Gerät mit Funk sein, kann auch ein Schaltnetzteil sein.
Da es Zeitlich begrenzt auftritt ist es sehr Wahrscheinlich ein Mobiles Gerät oder etwas das nur kurzzeitig genutzt wird.Also schau mal was zur entsprechenden Uhrzeit aktiv genutzt wird.

auch ein neues Netzteil kann Interferenzen haben. -
