Moreover, is there a device that I can use without writing script or complex stuff?
Yes a lot, look at the Adapter section of the ioBroker Admin. Or you can use discovery to find your devices that can be used with ioBroker. Hint: discovery will not find all devices that can be controlled with ioBroker.

I wanna try the platform with simple device and simple stuff such as turn off and on the device.
If yout tell me what devices are you own, we will find one that is useable with iobroker. So we can go together step by step.

Is there some documentation or blog that explains how to do that?
Unfrotunately i dont know a english blog and our own documentation isnt that good.
If you use the Windows version of ioBroker you can install multiple isolated instances of the server in parallel on the same computer. Each has it‘s own admin-user and adapters. Every iobroker service is executed with it‘s own Limited service account providing an ideal Multi-tenant environment.
@amekassaZ23
cause of this you should take an industial SD card like WD purple,
Sandisk industrial......
For Raspberrymatic I use sandisk industrial 16GB, for IObroker WD purple 64GB.
I never had any problems. with them.
@ap2017 Your adapter is still compiled against OZW 1.4:
2019-07-06 21:10:51.257 - error: zwave.0 uncaught exception: libopenzwave.so.1.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
2019-07-06 21:10:51.257 - error: zwave.0 Error: libopenzwave.so.1.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Please take a look at https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.zwave/issues/57, specifically this comment:

@AlCalzone Thank you, I forgot that all three "new" z-wave devices that I am trying to add I bought on eBay, so they were used by somebody. After factory reset everything started to work!
A typical model for a NUC is Intel NUC6cayh.
If you add a little bit more RAM (>=8GB) you can use Proxmox for virtualization. For example one iobroker virtual machine and another one for dns-filtering etc.
Some users are using old notebooks with low power consumption.
