Shelly adapter - mqtt , coap, long press button

Is better use coap or mqtt ? Witch are the differences ?

If I set, on adapter mqtt, I have to set mqtt also on the device ? If I set mqtt on device I will list Shelly cloud ?

With mqtt we obtain also longpress trigger, for scenes ?

I want to make scenes with sequential push (first, second, third) and longpress (how many seconds is set for "longpress", to turn on/off EACH of 2 or more light or turn on/off ALL with longpress?
