Nur kurz als Test, ob ich es richtig verstanden habe:
Wenn ich eine Version per NPM installiere und nur per iob add <adapter> hinzufüge muss ich noch ein iob upload ausführen, damit die Instanz richtig funktioniert. Das macht ein iob install <adapter> alles implizit?

Ich möchte gerne Erfahrungen mit vis-2-beta sammeln und an der Beta teilnehmen. Während ich den Adapter ohne Probleme installieren konnte, gelingt es aber nicht, ihn zu starten. Folgende Fehlermeldung wird dazu erzeugt:
startInstance system.adapter.vis-2-beta.0 Adapter dependency not fulfilled on "iobroker": required adapter "web" has wrong version. Installed "4.3.0", required ">=5.4.0"!
Nun ist es aber so, dass ich mir bereits die latest version vom Web-Adapter installiert habe:
Allerdings glaubt er selbst, er sei noch auf Version 4.3.0:
Wer kann mir helfen? Warum läuft meine Webinstanz nicht mit der Version die im Adapter angezeigt wird?

Alles klar - habs direkt mal gemacht. IOBroker läuft wieder, jetzt auf 5.10.17 (zuvor 5.10.23).
Werde es weiter beobachten.

Und da blieb ich immer bei 5.4 hängen. Mein System wäre bereits auf neustem Stand.
Z.z. lebe ich ganz gut mit der pre-release Version. Würdest du mir trotzdem empfehlen, mit deiner geposteten Methode "downzugraden"? Ist das denn möglich?

Die Zeit springt um 5 Minuten zurück und der IOBroker startet. Aber anscheinend eine zweite Instanz - denn die Adapter meckern, dass schon ein Instanz von ihnen läuft. Oder interpretiere ich das falsch?

@thomas-braun Übrigens: dieser Hotfix ist der Hit. Funktioniert in meinem Fall perfekt. Danke nochmal dafür
@thomas-braun @apollon77 Ich habe einen neuen Fall: Ich habe Javascript-Code editiert und zischen Skript und Log ein paar Mal gewechselt. Als die Web-UI nicht mehr reagiert hat, habe ich per SSH den IOBroker status checken wollen. Die laufende SSH Verbindung wurde mit einem "broken pipe" geschlossen. Nach ein paar Sekunden konnte ich wieder zum Raspi verbinden. Uptime: 0 min.
D.h. mein Rapi verabschiedet sich immer komplett, ausgelöst durch meine Benutzung der (Admin-) Web-UI. Habt ihr Ideen, wie ich herausfinden kann, was zu einem Crash des Raspi mit anschliessendem Reboot führte? Gibt es crash-logs?
