Noch eine generelle Frage: ist es ratsam/empfehlenswert IOB in Docker laufen zu lassen? Wenn ich schon neu anfange, dann hoffentlich richtig (zumindest deutlich besser).

Für den "Otto-Normalanwender", der auf seinem PI ausschließlich ioBroker betreibt, bzw. betreiben will, ist (in meinen Augen) weder Docker noch eine Proxmox Umgebung sinnvoll. Du schaffst Dir höchstens mehr Probleme als Dir lieb ist.
