Vermutlich dann eher aus dem einspielen vom Backup. Hatte auf dem neuen System alles neu installiert gehabt, aber dann wird das vermutlich so sein.

Wenn Ihr mal Schreinertechnische Fragen habt, gerne an mich wenden

Der Token ist jetzt in KeePass gespeichert und geht nie wieder verloren.
Kann man noch etwas bereinigen von der DB1.x damit das System sauber ist? Hatte diese nur zum Testen mal auf Buster installiert gehabt, verwendet habe ich da gar nix. Fange jetzt ganz neu damit an, bisher die Daten alle in History gehabt.

Den anderen beiden API Token in InfluxDB brauche ich die noch? Löschen oder behalten? "Iobroker" war der erste API Token.

influxd ist lediglich zur Sicherung von InfluxDB 1.x geeignet. Für InfluxDB 2.x wird influxdb-cli benötigt.

Ich dachte deswegen das noch etwas fehlt

Die genauen Unterschiede kenne ich auch nicht. Die Kernfunktionen werden aber von beiden Paketen wohl abgedeckt, weswegen die auch nicht parallel installiert sein können.

Beide Pakete installieren das Kommandozeilen-Interface (CLI) für InfluxDB2 "influx", nichts weiter.
Das Paket "...-client" bringt dabei immer eine etwas aktuellere Version mit.
Da sich am Daten(Speicher-)format des InfluxDB2 schon ewig nichts mehr geändert hat, ist es für Backup-Zwecke eigentlich völlig irrelevant, welches Paket benutzt wird.
Wenn man auf Nummer sicher gehen will, nimmt man die "-cli", die ist meist "gut abgehangen".
