Erst mit der Version versuchen, die bei einer Neuinstallation mitkommt.
Falls das nicht funktioniert:

cd /opt/iobroker
sudo -H -u iobroker npm install iobroker.js-controller@4.0.24

und damit weiter herumexperimentieren.
