Daraufhin habe ich versucht, den iobroker aus einem Backup wiederherzustellen.

Hier noch die Instanzen:

die Ausgabe davon sagt mir ... das ioBroker mit der Restore gerade mal am anfang ist , deshalb sind alle weiteren Adapter noch auf disabled .
Also bei dem Backup wiederherstellen mit Backitup warten und nicht zwischenzeitlich etwas machen .

Hier wird die IP-Adresse unter der der Adapter erreichbar ist eingegeben. Verschiedene Ipv4 und Ipv6 Möglichkeiten stehen zur Auswahl. Default ist 0.0.0.0. Dies darf nicht verändert werden!

wenn die gebundene IP die IP des Rechners ist auf dem dein WEB-Browser läuft, dann ist es ok. Mit dem Reset wird sichergestellt dass es auf jeden Fall funktioniert.Ändern kannst du das dann wieder in den Instanzen

diese bind IP ist die Adresse von der der iobroker erreicht werden kann, wenn die nicht mit deinem Laptop/Computer/Tablet übereinstimmt dann funktioniert es nicht mehr. Deshalb gibt man 0.0.0.0 an. Du hast aber in deinen Settings aber auch SSL aktiviert, das beisst sich evtl. mit dem Port 8081.

im Browser solltest du nach dem Reset http://iob_ip:8081 eingeben. iob_ip ist die adresse deines containers
