Das Hinzufügen von rfkill.default_state=1 in /boot/cmdline.txt hat leider auch nichts gebracht.
Nach einem reboot erhalte ich noch immer:

Wi-Fi is currently blocked by rfkill.
Use raspi-config to set the country before use.

Ich glaube da könnte man per dtoverlay was machen.
Schau mal in die /boot/overlays/README rein.

hast du schon in der 'sudo nano /boot/config.txt' nachgeschaut, ob da nicht 'dtoverlay=disable-wifi' steht.

Hast Recht, wenn ich das eingebe sudo rfkill unblock 0 und ich nicht zu ungeduldig bin, wird das wlan eingeschaltet.

Meine Probleme sind:

• Leider weiß ich nicht, wie es permanent eingeschaltet wird, da es nach jedem reboot wieder deaktiviert ist.

• Zudem verstehe ich nicht, warum die Netzwerkkonfiguration in raspi-config nicht mehr vorhanden ist.

So, ich habe das jetzt nochmal rekapituliert und konnte die Ursache ermitteln.

Das Laden der Treiber für wlan und auch bluetooth war in der /etc/modprobe.d/raspi-blacklist.conf deaktiviert.

Die Datei ist bei mir leer, da wird nix geblacklisted.

@thomas-braun Dann ist es vielleicht bei Dir in der /boot/config.txt mit dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt deaktiviert.

Es gibt ja, wie ich mittlerweile gelernt habe, verschiedene Wege.
