Unifi Protect Adapter

Adapter stürzt ständig ab bei mir. Es wäre so wichtig (für mich) wenn der Adapter zuverlässig funktionieren würde. Wird der Adapter überhaupt noch gepflegt?

@frank579 Hast Du die Daten "rüber gebracht". Echt schade, dass iobroker bei den Adaptern immer schlechter wird. Ich liebe iobroker, aber verstehe, dass immer mehr zu HA wechseln
Update: Habe es nun selber hinbekommen über die Installation von HA und den HASS-Adapter. Werde nun auf den unify-protect Adapter verzichten können.

@uwe72 @xdelta Läuft bisher komplett ohne Probleme, hatte bisher aber keine Zeit mich richtig damit zu beschäftigen. Aktuell nutze ich nur die Datenpunkte Bewegung erkannt und ist dunkel, da ich damit meine Außenbeleuchtung schalte. Klappt zuverlässig und ohne Probleme. Muss nur noch schauen wie ich die Snapshots von HA zum IOBroker bekomme.

@frank579 bin auch komplett zufrieden bis jetzt. Ich nutze aktuell nur motionDetected. Exakt, das Bild/Snapshotbild würde ich auch gerne noch verarbeiten. Ist ja im datenpunkt drin. Weiss aber nicht wie ich dies mit Javascript laden kann und beispielsweise nach telegram verschicken kann.

versuche seit ein paar Std. den Adapter zum laufen zu bringen. Leider bekomme ich immer folgende Fehler. Benutzername und Passwort passen aber und laufen auch z. B. unter Home-Assistant

Adapter Version ist stable und habe sowohl den Adapter von Peter Baumert als auch den Fork von Scrounger getestet. Wo könnte hier der Fehler liegen? -

schau dir mal ein paar antworten weiter oben an , gibt aktuell MASSIVE Probleme mit dem Adapter
gibt wohl eine GIT Version wo der Login wieder funktioniert, die Instanz aber bei mehreren im Stundentakt abstürzt. Daher sind einige schon dazu übergegangen Protect über Home Assistant abzufragen. -
@frank579 danke für Deine Antwort. Mittlerweile habe ich den Adapter gelöscht und neu installiert jetzt funktioniert ist. (Somit wohl die neue config geladen)
Im Idealfall hat man beide installiert. Habe das Gefühl, dass der eine was anderes ausliefert als der andere. Hab z. B. beim Home-Assist keine Thumbnails gefunden die bei iobroker vorhanden sind.Da ich leider keinen DP für last Ring Thumbnail gefunden habe, kennt jemand eine Option, manuell ein Foto machen zu lassen wenn jemand läutet und dieses Foto als Base64 in einen Datenpunkt schreibt? Das würde mir noch fehlen.

Leider kann man nur die eine version von Unifi installieren 8.1.113 auf proxmox als CT, und bei der version hat sich die Erstellung von Benutzern geändert und somit funktioniert die Verbindung zum adapter nicht mehr.
Hat noch wer eine Idee wie ich eine ältere version installieren kann???

Bei mir wird die Doorbell G4 ohne weiteres gefunden... Ich hatte den Adapter jetzt allerdings schon lange nicht mehr im Einsatz, da er immer wieder nach einiger Zeit die Verbindung verloren hatte.. Kann dazu aktuell nichts sagen, beobachte jetzt aber mal wieder...

Moin, wird der Adapter wohl auch nach der (bald zwingenden) Aktivierung der 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung funktionieren? Oder gibt es die Möglichkeit, dass man in den Adaptereinstellungen anstatt die Unifi-Logindaten mit der Emailadresse einfach einen Namen+Passwort für einen lokalen User einträgt?

@mameier1234 oh das klingt super! Ich habe es gerade mal ausprobiert: einen neuen Local-User angelegt und dessen Login in den Adapter-Einstellungen hinterlegt. Nach dem Adapter-Start steht die Instanz auch auf „Grün“ aber ich kann keine Zustände schalten. (Ich deaktiviere über ein Skript meist die Aufzeichnung der Kameras, wenn wir im Garten sind.)
Komischerweise steht die Instanz auch auf grün, wenn ich absichtlich ein falsches Passwort oder Benutzernamen eingebe.
Was mache ich wohl falsch :(?

@denjo Kannst du dein Vorgehen einmal kurz beschreiben. Ich und viele andere sind eben auch auf der Suche das live Bild in die VIS zu bringen. DANKE
