@humidor Hey, das disconnected bzw. isConnected Attribut schaue ich mir noch an, wird aber, soweit ich mich erinnern kann, von der API geliefert. Danke für den Hinweis. Ab und an kommt es bei der API zu Anmeldeproblemen, wie Du sie auch in dem Log findest. Solange das nicht bei jedem Aufruf geschieht, brauchst Du Dir keine Sorgen machen. Ich hatte heute Vormittag auch schon wieder 2mal das gleiche Thema.

Allerdings kann ich auch nicht einen Basic- mit einem Premium-Account vergleichen. Vielleicht hat hier ja jemand einen Premium-Account und gibt uns Feedback, ob es da auch zu Anmeldeproblemen kommt.

Trotz der Meldungen scheint der Adapter zu funktionieren.
Die Login Daten habe ich bereits neu eingegeben.
Was kann das Problem sein?

@rushmed Hey, danke für das Feedback. Der Adapter liefert Dir Positionsdaten trotz der Meldungen? Du hast aber nicht noch eine weitere Instanz laufen, oder? Ich befürchte fast, dass sich da ein Prozess aufgehangen hat, so dass der Timer da dauernd etwas neu starten will. Das muss ich noch beheben, bevor der Adapter per Repo installierbar sein kann.

Hast Du den kompletten ioBroker oder sogar den Host, den Containert, etc. ,auf dem ioBroker läuft, mal neu gestartet oder aktualisiert? Welche Version des Adapters setzt Du ein?

Ja, das war bis gestern so. Ich vermute dass nicht jeder Login fehlgeschlagen ist und es zwischenzeitlich zu Verbindung kam.
Eine zweite Instanz habe ich nicht.

Habe alles mehrmals neu gestartet.
Heute musste ich aus einem anderen Grund ein Backup wiederherstellen. Seit dem bekomme ich garkeine Verbindung mehr und die Errors im Log erscheinen kontinuierlich. Bis vor dem Restore gabs sozusagen Errorpausen.

Die App funktioniert. Habe mein Passwort geändert (nicht über "vergessen"), leider ohne Erfolg.

Habe auch den Login per Mail oder Telefonnummer und Ländercode erfolglos probiert.
Eine Frage hier zu Eingabe. Den Ländercode ohne 00 oder + also nur 49 und die Telefonnumer ohne anführende "0" oder?

@rushmed Hey, bitte auf Version 0.2.19 aktualisieren. Die Version behebt das Problem, dass der Zugriff auf den Life360 Service seitens des Adapters wieder zuverlässiger funktioniert.

Mit Ländercode und Handynummer bin ich jetzt grün.

Meine App spinnt auch zwischendurch, wird also irgendetwas bei denen sein.

In die app komme ich im Moment rein.
Dort und im dem adapter bin ich und meine Frau seit 20.25 zuhause da ist hier auch ne routine abgelaufen..
wir sind aber schon seit 18.30 zuhause.. da ist die Routine halt nicht gelaufen.

Hallo rushmed, ich habe auch seit gestern die gleichen Meldungen im ioBrocker Log wie Du.
Und seit heute bekomme ich in der App die Nachricht, dass Life360 einige Systemwartungen durchführen und es zu Verzögerungen beim Zugriff auf's Konto kommen kann.
Ich gehe jetzt mal davon aus, dass wir uns so lange gedulden müssen, bis Life360 seine Wartungsarbeiten beendet hat.

@rushmed Kann ich bestätigen: Habe keine Meldung mehr in der App bzgl einer Wartung. Mal schauen, ob ich herausfinden kann, wie die App den "Wartungsmodus" erkennt. ;-) Der Adapter sollte auch wieder wie gewohnt funktionieren.

Bei mir kann sich der Adapter nicht mehr anmelden obwohl die Zugangsdaten nicht geändert wurden.
Im Log bekomme ich die Meldung "Connection established but failed to authenticate. Check your credentials."

@paul-reinhart Guten Morgen. Nutzt Du die Version v0.2.19 des Adapters? Falls nicht, dann aktualisiere bitte auf diese Version; es gab ein paar Veränderungen bei Life360, auf die ich mit einer neuen Version reagieren musste. (vgl. https://github.com/MiGoller/ioBroker.life360/issues/68 )
