Hallo zusammen,

Neuling! :D

habe mir einen Pro Account geholt.

Anfangs lief die Cloud problemlos nun kommt alle paar Sekunden eine Fehlermeldung (auch wenn es in der Regel die Performance von Alexa nicht einschränkt…).

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Die Verbindung funktioniert jedoch - warum dann ein neues Zertifikat?

Sie bricht nur immer wieder ab. Steuerung mit Alexa geht quasi tadellos….

Gibt es die Möglichkeit auf dem Cloud Server nachzuschauen, was denn dort ankommt und ggf. zu dem Fehler führt?

Meistens kommen solche Probleme wenn man entwieder 2 iot Instanzen hat (weil eine noch im Ram läuft) oder 2 Geräte

Für die ECONNRESET geschädigten können wir auch hier nur auf ein Isseue bei Amazon verweisen, weil das aus aktueller Sicht nicht von den ioBroker-Systemen verursacht wird.

Hier wäre es https://github.com/aws/aws-iot-device-sdk-js/issues/251 zum VOten und ggf Kommentieren.

Auch hier müssen wir glaube ich zeigen das es uns wichtig ist!

Habe das von Github nochmal für alle hierhin kopiert.

Guten Morgen,

ich kann jetzt bestätigen das es an DS-Lite liegt, habe meinen Anschluss gerade auf Dual Stack umstellen lassen und der Fehler ist weg. Ich habe bei UM angerufen und hatte direkt eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, die genau wusste wovon ich spreche, die Umstellung erfolgte noch während des Telefonates und seitdem habe ich keine Fehlermeldungen mehr.
UM stellt die Anschlüsse wohl nur auf Nachfrage Kostenlos um wenn man schon ein Zusatzpaket, in meinem Fall die FB6490, hat.
