      Das frage ich mich auch...
      Irgendwie läuft hier einiges durcheinander.

      Das System läuft doch, auch wenn der Arbeitsspeicher bis zum Rand gefüllt ist.

          Das habe ich doch geschrieben. Nach Aus- und wieder Einschalten läuft das System fehlerfrei!! Bis zum nächsten Morgen.

          Nun nachdem Dein System jetzt ja wohl läuft, musst Du wohl das LOG überprüfen und dann liegt es auch nicht an der SD Karte, wenn Du nur über Nacht das System abstürzt. Wenn Du den Backit-Up um 2:00 morgens laufen hast, kannst Du denn sehen, wann die letzten Logeinträge waren?

            Die boot-Partition ist auch rappeldicht:

            /dev/mmcblk0p1 vfat      255M  243M   13M  96% /boot
            

            Zum Vergleich auf meinem System:

            /dev/sda1      vfat      255M   31M  225M  13% /boot
            

            Mal mit 'rpi-update' da Kernel und Firmware 'upgedated'?

              Schade, im Moment ist der ioBroker wieder mal nicht erreichbar! Sonst hätte ich das Log gepostet. Ich komme aber auf die Konsole!

                  Du sollst rpi-update nicht ausführen. Die Frage war, ob du in der Vergangenheit damit mal herum gespielt hast.

                      Wie gesagt, ich habe alle 2 Tage ein Backup zur Verfügung. Unter anderem bei Google. Sollte ich die neue SD Karte neu installieren und darauf ein Backup aufspielen?

                          Vermutlich. Und lass die Finger vom 'rpi-update'. Das knallt nämlich die /boot-Partition so zu.

                            OK, noch eine Frage: Wenn ich die SD Karte bis zum Adapter Backitup eingerichtet habe, kann ich dann mit Wiederherstellen die Skripte und Objekte wieder wie vorher nutzen?

                                    nachdem ich den ganzen Tag damit verbracht habe die SD Karte zu erstellen, das Backup aufzuspielen und diverse Adapter neu zu installieren, würde ich Dich bitten nochmal drüber zu schauen. Ich hoffe es sieht jetzt besser aus, oder...??

                                      Ich würde mir an deiner Stelle noch anschauen warum der shelly-Adapter da so regelmäßig herumquängelt.
