backitup: Fehler im Log cannot save backup file

Hallo, wenn ich ein backup manuell anstoße bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung im Log:
host.iomaster-Server 2021-03-04 14:41:27.126 error Cannot save backup file /opt/iobroker/iobroker-data/states.json.bak: ENOENT: no such file or directory, rename '/opt/iobroker/iobroker-data/states.json' -> '/opt/iobroker/iobroker-data/states.json.bakbevor ich jetzt anfange im Verzeichnis Dateien umzubenennen wollte ich hier mal fragen, was da die Ursache sein könnte.

@simatec Das hats nicht gebracht. iobroker fix ist sauber durchgelaufen, danach iobroker start, soweit alles ok.
Nachdem alle Instanzen wieder "grün" waren hab ich manuell den backitup angestoßen, da war wieder mein altes Problem, dass er das eigentliche backup nicht macht (file not found), siehe unten (10. @wendy2702 Naja es sind 3 Rechner, aber auf denen läuft jeweils nur iobroker (relativ frische Installation, kein Image oder so sondern sauber nach Anleitung aufgesetzt).

@wendy2702 1 Master mit 2 Slaves und normalerweise stoße ich backup über die Admin Oberfläche an (also wohl auf dem Master). @simatec hat mich gebeten mal ein bakcup in der Konsole anzustoßen (siehe oben) das hab ich auf dem Master gemacht. Auf dem Slave geht das nicht, da kommt

Beide Slaves haben bei Object database und bei states database dieselbe ipadresse (die von Slave1), ich denke mal dass das das Problem ist (?). Kann mir hier jemand Feedback geben? Ich möchte hier jetzt nicht durch unüberlegtes Gebastel was zerschiessen (wäre nicht das erste mal...)
