10 Sekunden vom Netz genommen und danach neu gebootet, aber keine Besserung

Wenn ich im Browser 192.168.178.121:8082 eingebe kommt die Abfrage zum Admin.
Klicke ich da drauf springt er auf die 192.168.178.121:8081 und damit ins leere
