@David-G. Danke, dass es in Chrome mit 7.4.1 auch nach mehreren Reloads geht, ist schon mal gut.

Die Meldung kommt von Chrome selbst. Die Seite auf iobroker.pro versucht, eine Adresse in deinem lokalen Netz zu erreichen. Vermutlich hat eine Karte (Bild, Kamera, Link) eine lokale IP als URL. Für Lovelace über die Cloud brauchst du das nicht. Klick mal auf Blockieren und schau, ob trotzdem alles läuft und welche Karte dann leer bleibt. Das wäre für mich interessant.

Zur App: Welche Version der ioBroker Visu App hast du? Bitte das Diagnose-Log aus der App schicken, nachdem "Unable to connect to Home Assistant" gekommen ist. Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast, stell bitte gleichzeitig cloud.0 auf debug und poste den Log-Ausschnitt von dem Zeitpunkt. Dann sehe ich, ob die Websocket-Verbindung der App überhaupt bei deiner Installation ankommt.

@David-G. Danke, das Log hilft schon weiter.

Was ich darin sehe:

• Gleich beim Start meldet index.html in Zeile 16 Unexpected token '%'. Da kommt offenbar ein Platzhalter an, der nicht ersetzt wurde.
• /lovelace/auth/authorize und /lovelace/cards/_static_browser_mod.js werden auf /www/login?redirect=... umgeleitet. Die App bekommt also die Loginseite (HTML) statt JSON bzw. JavaScript. Daher kommen die Fehler "<!doctype "... is not valid JSON und MIME type of "text/html".
• Das Modul wird außerdem unter https://iobroker.pro/cards/... gesucht, ohne /lovelace davor.

"Unable to connect to Home Assistant" ist nur die Folge davon. Im Chrome geht es vermutlich, weil dort die Sitzung bei diesen Anfragen mitgeschickt wird. In der App ist das anscheinend nicht der Fall. Das schaue ich mir auf meiner Seite an (Pfad-Umschreibung und Login in der Cloud).

Das Log ist hier im Beitrag abgeschnitten. Bitte häng es als Datei an, mich interessiert vor allem der Teil nach [web/warning] Faile.... Wenn du kannst, stell dazu cloud.0 auf debug und poste den Log-Ausschnitt ab dem Zeitpunkt, an dem du die App öffnest.

hab grad schon alles vorbereitet, log von der App neu erstellt und cloud nochmal mit Debuglog neu gestartet.

Danach hat dann auf einmal alles geklappt.
Was mir aber neu war, dass ich nochmal die Logondaten vom iobroker eintippen musste. Hatte ich bisher noch nie...

@David-G. @moridin Danke für das Log. Damit war der Fehler zu finden. Es waren zwei Fehler in der Cloud:

1. Lovelace über Pro hat die Anmeldung der App nicht erkannt. Die Startseite kam noch an. Alles danach wurde aber auf die Loginseite umgeleitet: die Anmeldung bei Lovelace, die
   Karten und die Websocket-Verbindung. Daher kam "Unable to connect to Home Assistant". Im Browser ging es, weil man sich dort über die Webseite anmeldet, und diese Anmeldung kannte
   Lovelace. Das erklärt vermutlich auch, warum es bei dir plötzlich ging, nachdem du die Zugangsdaten neu eingeben musstest. Das hätte aber nur bis zur nächsten automatischen Anmeldung
   der App gehalten.
2. Die App öffnet /lovelace/index.html. Über die Cloud kam diese Seite unfertig an, daher Unexpected token '%'.

Beides ist in der Cloud behoben und online. Ihr müsst dafür nichts aktualisieren, weder die App noch den Lovelace-Adapter. Für den Lovelace-Adapter gibt es zusätzlich einen PR
(https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.lovelace/pull/771), für Pro ist er aber nicht nötig.

Bitte testet so:

• App komplett schließen und neu öffnen
• Lovelace über Pro aufrufen, ohne euch vorher auf der Webseite anzumelden

Falls es trotzdem hängt, bitte das Diagnose-Log aus der App als Datei anhängen und dazu den Log von cloud.0 auf debug.

@moridin Das betrifft auch die iPhone-App. Probier es bitte aus, wenn du aus dem Urlaub zurück bist.

Den Hinweis auf die iPhone-App habe ich etwas vorsichtig gehalten. Ich weiß nicht sicher, ob moridin die alte App mit connect.sid nutzt.

@David-G. Danke für die Rückmeldung, schön, dass es jetzt geht.

Dass du die Logindaten noch einmal eingeben musstest, passt zu deinem letzten Log. Da wurden die Lovelace-Anfragen auf /www/login umgeleitet, die App hatte also keine gültige Sitzung mehr. Mit dem neuen Login hat sie wieder eine, deshalb geht es jetzt vermutlich.

Falls es wieder hakt, speicher bitte gleich das Diagnose-Log der App und das cloud.0 Debuglog von diesem Zeitpunkt und häng beides als Datei an. Dann kann ich prüfen, ob die Sitzung wieder verloren geht und warum.

@moridin Bitte schick mir am Donnerstag trotzdem die Safari-Konsole und das cloud.0 Log, auch wenn es bei dir in der Zwischenzeit wieder gehen sollte. Bei dir ist es die iOS-App, das ist möglicherweise eine andere Ursache.

Hier die aktuelle Lage:

• Lovelace funktioniert, daheim über den Browser gut
• ich hatte auch schon mal JARVIS ausprobiert, ist auch ok, aber etwas umständlicher zu einstellen
• über .pro komme ich weder über die App noch über den Browser ans Ziel.
• ich sehe ich "nur" das Lovelace Ladezeichen
• im ioBroker sehe ich keine Fehlermeldung

Hier das was ich über "Webinformationen einblenden" sehen kann:
(ich kann damit jetzt nicht viel Anfangen)

Den Cloud-Adpater hatte ich auf Debug gestellt. Aber ich weiß nicht wie ich da an das Protokoll komme.
Sorry...ich habe ioBroker schon sehr lange, aber immer nur wenig Zeit damit wirklich etwas zu machen. So ist das, wenn man drei kleine Kinder hat

Hallo Bluefox,

danke schon mal dafür. Ich habe den Cache geleert. Lovelace konnte kurz über den Pro Account aufgerufen werden.
Am iPhone habe ich den Cache auch geleert und wollte über die App die Seite aufrufen.

Ab da habe ich nur noch das Lovelace Zeichen als Ladebild.
Keine Fehlermeldung auf meinem Lokalen ioBroker?

@moridin Danke, das hilft schon weiter. Die Warnungen zu den Roboto-Fonts kannst du ignorieren. Wichtig ist diese Zeile:

WebSocket connection to 'wss://iobroker.pro:4443/api/websocket' failed: The network connection was lost.

Die Seite selbst wird also geladen, aber die Websocket-Verbindung von Lovelace über die Cloud bricht ab. Deshalb bleibt das Ladezeichen stehen. Das muss ich mir auf der Cloud-Seite ansehen.

Welche Lovelace-Version hast du jetzt installiert? Am Anfang hast du 7.1.0 geschrieben. Schau bitte im Admin unter Instanzen bei lovelace.0 nach, ob das nach deinen Updates noch stimmt.

Außerdem brauche ich das cloud.0 Log von genau diesem Zeitpunkt. So kommst du daran:

1. Im Admin links auf Log klicken.
2. Oben im Filter cloud.0 auswählen.
3. Lovelace über iobroker.pro öffnen und warten, bis es beim Ladezeichen hängt.
4. Die Zeilen ab diesem Zeitpunkt als Text hier posten (bitte in einen Codeblock). Oder du lädst das Log dort über den Download-Button herunter und hängst es als Datei an.

Alternativ liegt das Log auch auf dem Server unter /opt/iobroker/log/. Die aktuelle Datei heißt iobroker.current.log.

Schau bitte zusätzlich im Safari unter Netzwerk nach, welcher Status bei api/websocket steht, und mach davon einen Screenshot.

Zu deiner Zusatzfrage: Die Cloud leitet nur Admin, Web (vis) und Lovelace weiter. Jarvis läuft mit einem eigenen Webserver und ist deshalb über ioBroker.pro nicht erreichbar.

ja ich verwende aktuell immer noch die Lovelace Version V7.1.0. Mir wird auch aktuell keine andere angeboten.
Ich versuche das hier mal unterzubringen. Den ganzen Debug-Teil kann ich nicht einstellen. Es ist zu lange.
Aber ich glaube das ist auch nicht notwendig.

Ich habe es 2x porbiert. Beim ersten Versuch hat es geklappt. Beim zweiten kam wieder das Ladesymbol.

Es wird oft versucht die Verbindung aufzubauen. In diesem Bereich sehe ich noch ein Ladesymbol:

Dann bricht der Vorgang ab. Ich weiß nicht ob man das im Code sieht. Aber es kommt ein großer Teil.

Der Teil ist noch viel viel länger. Hat das was damit zu tun? Oder ist das weil mir auch nicht alles angezeigt werden kann? Ich habe noch einen zweiten Server laufen wo ich über influxDB und Grafana ein paar Kurven baue. Nichts was ich unterwegs brauche...
