@g-hawk das ist eine scheduled Instanz.
Die startet kurz, macht ihre Arbeit und legt sich wieder schlafen.klar, dass das Leistung kostet. Ich habe den Adapter nicht, aber 70% CPU ist imho nicht normal

das ist das log beim Neustart, leider nicht von davor. Das müsste aber als Datei vorliegen.
Die Zeiten scheinen daher zu rühren, dass es etwas dauert, bis der Raspi sich wieder mit dem ntp-Server synchronisiert.
