da würd ich mir mal Gedanken über eine neue Platte machen und bei Gelegenheit auch gleich mal den Lüfter reinigen, sofern dieser noch intakt ist

Nachdem ich ihm eine 10 minütige cool-down-Phase gegönnt habe, läuft er wieder normal und ich kann wieder auf proxmox und Putty zugreifen, aber ohne iobroker-WEBUI.

Das Fenster von puTTY vergrößern, damit da nicht diese dämlichen Zeilenumbrüche auftauchen. Oder gleich die PowerShell verwenden und per SSH auf den Server gehen.

Bis gestern hat er ja noch erheblich Krach gemacht der Lüfter, vor allem auch vorgestern bei der Datensicherung, seit gestern ist der NUC mäusestill u. ich vermute, dass er sich da dann abschaltet bei Überhitzung.Wie kann ich in proxmox über syslog die Temperatur und eventuelle Plattenprobleme abrufen ?

kannst du aufrufen mit z.b.tail -f /var/log/syslog
dies wird dir auch direkt in der Proxmox-oberfläche angezeigt

Aber mit Str+C hat es bis dato immer funktioniert. Warum jetzt nicht mehr ?
Markieren mit der Maus u. Strg+c kopiere ich mir laufend Dateien heraus.

Weil in einem 'richtigen' Terminal die Tastenkombination 'Strg-C' nicht für copy sondern für 'cancel' steht und somit der laufende Prozess abgeschossen werden kann.
Einige Terminalprogramme fangen sowas dann Kontextabhängig ab. Mal besser, mal schlechter. -
