Bitte um Info zu updates.
Ich versuche das system zu verstehen und habe so meine Probleme bei den diversen updates und consolen Befehlen.
System läuft auf einem Synology NAS im Container.
Im Container Manager auf dem NAS wurde ein update angezeigt buanet/iobroker-latest.
Im iobroker host ein update auf 5.0.17
Mein Problem1 ist zu erkennen welche Version zu was gehört und wie der update Prozess richtig geht. Ich lese zur Zeit alle posts zu dem Thema und versuche zu verstehen. Da kommt es dann zu Problem 2. Hier werden immer wieder consolen Befehle genannt. Aber in welcher console? Brauche ich überhaupt eine Console?
Bei mir: Console 1 auf dem NAS im Container Manager. Wenn ich dort was Eingebe passiert nichts, ausser das die Auslastung des NAS auf 100% geht. (normal bei allen aktiven Task ist 2-3%)
Console 2: Putty nit SSH zum NAS. Hier bin ich aber ausserhalb des Containers und iobroker befehle funktionieren nicht.
Console 3: von Console 2 aus mit "docker exec -it iobroker sh" - hier vermute ich bin ich auf der iobroker Console.
Kann man irgendwo nachlesen wie der Aufbau des Systems ist? Imagefile, Instanzen mit den dazugehörigen Komponenten usw. (Node.js, js-contoller, NPM usw.)
Hab ich keinen Schimmer was wofür ist und welche Abhängigkeit es zueinander gibt. Gleiche Spiel ist bei den Adaptern. manche sind gut erklärt und manche gar nicht.jetzt zu meiner eigentlichen Bitte: Kann jemand mal den iob diag durchsehen ob soweit alle korrekt ist. (VIS kann man updaten mach ich aber erst wenn da keine weitereren Probleme beschrieben werden. Ich bin schon froh das mein System mit meinen Skripten und vis funktioniert so wie ich es gedacht habe.

Bitte um Info zu updates.
Ich versuche das system zu verstehen und habe so meine Probleme bei den diversen updates und consolen Befehlen.
System läuft auf einem Synology NAS im Container.
Im Container Manager auf dem NAS wurde ein update angezeigt buanet/iobroker-latest.
Im iobroker host ein update auf 5.0.17
Mein Problem1 ist zu erkennen welche Version zu was gehört und wie der update Prozess richtig geht. Ich lese zur Zeit alle posts zu dem Thema und versuche zu verstehen. Da kommt es dann zu Problem 2. Hier werden immer wieder consolen Befehle genannt. Aber in welcher console? Brauche ich überhaupt eine Console?
Bei mir: Console 1 auf dem NAS im Container Manager. Wenn ich dort was Eingebe passiert nichts, ausser das die Auslastung des NAS auf 100% geht. (normal bei allen aktiven Task ist 2-3%)
Console 2: Putty nit SSH zum NAS. Hier bin ich aber ausserhalb des Containers und iobroker befehle funktionieren nicht.
Console 3: von Console 2 aus mit "docker exec -it iobroker sh" - hier vermute ich bin ich auf der iobroker Console.
Kann man irgendwo nachlesen wie der Aufbau des Systems ist? Imagefile, Instanzen mit den dazugehörigen Komponenten usw. (Node.js, js-contoller, NPM usw.)
Hab ich keinen Schimmer was wofür ist und welche Abhängigkeit es zueinander gibt. Gleiche Spiel ist bei den Adaptern. manche sind gut erklärt und manche gar nicht.jetzt zu meiner eigentlichen Bitte: Kann jemand mal den iob diag durchsehen ob soweit alle korrekt ist. (VIS kann man updaten mach ich aber erst wenn da keine weitereren Probleme beschrieben werden. Ich bin schon froh das mein System mit meinen Skripten und vis funktioniert so wie ich es gedacht habe.

Das ist soweit klar. Ist ja auch Sinn und Zweck der Übung.
Hier liest man aber immer wieder, dass die Anwender das "von Hand" im Container machen. Das ist so ja nicht vorgesehen. Das macht der Maintainer des Image ... früher oder später.Aber nicht die Version des iobroker.js-controller, also den iobroker selbst.

Aus meiner Sicht wäre es besser, dasTag
buanet/iobroker:latest-v9zu verwenden. Innerhalb einer Major Version kommt es in der Regel nicht zu "breaking" Changes.
Es hängt aber auch vom persönlichen Update-Verhalten ab, was da die bessere Variante ist. -
