Wenn ich den Thread richtig verfolgt habe, hast du ja - von einem defekten System kommend - erst ein Upgrade und danach ein Downgrade bis iobroker.js-controller@3.3.22 gemacht und dann das Restore durchgeführt. Vielleicht bringt es ja etwas, mit einem frischen, neuen System zu starten, dann das Downgrade und Restore.
Ist aber nur ins Blaue geraten.

du solltest mal nachlesen was es mit den distributionen auf sich hat
ubuntu, rapsiOS, mint, stammen alle von debian ab
raspiOS ist direkt für den raspi abgestimmt und optimiert.
der raspi hat nun mal etwas andere hardware als andere rechner mit ARM-Prozessor. Nicht das das grundsätzlich ein Problem ist.Beim Auto kannst du auch entweder die Originalteile verwenden, oder alternative/gleiche teile. meist wird das auch passen, aber manchmal halt dann nicht
dennoch kannst du alle pakete installieren und auch meist die Anleitungen zu anderen debian-artigen Betriebssysteme lesen.

alle haben den Linux-Kernel gemeinsam (was eigentlich nur Linux ist)
Jede distribution entscheidet, dann zum einen welche systemprogramme das ergänzen (evtl ist dir mal was von der systemd-diskussion bei debian untergekommen.

Das heißt aber auch, das ich meist auf jeder distribution auch jede andere grafische benutzeroberfläche installieren kann (ob die dann optimiert ist ist dann eine andere frage)
auch die wahl der vorinstallierten programme gehört mit zu einer distribution.
meist werden die installierten, aber auch über ein repository bereitgestellten pakete softwaretechnisch betreut und für eine gewisse zeit security fixes herausgegeben.
weitere unterscheidung ist noch getaktet oder rolling release
bei getaktet bleibt die hauptversion einer software innerhalb distributions version gleich. eigentlich gibt es nur bug und security fixes
daher gibt es bei debian die verschiedenen versionen buster, bookworm, etc.
bei rolling werden laufend auch neue versionen aufgenommen,
was dann aber manchmal Auswirkung auf die Stabilität haben kann -
Ergänzend dann noch der Hinweis auf die Unterschiede im Support.
Ubuntu bringt alle zwei Jahre eine sog. LTS = LongTermSupport-Version heraus, die Interims-Releases werden nur zu Testzwecken veröffentlicht und nach 9 Monaten abgekündigt. Also keine Basis für einen Server-Betrieb.Debian veröffentlicht alle zwei Jahre ein neues Release, das wird dann regulär ca. 3 Jahre unterstützt. In im dritten Jahr werden also mehrere Distributionen gepflegt, das ist aber auch der Zeitraum in dem man den Absprung von der auslaufenden Version planen und durchführen muss.

Die hängen in der Regel etwas hinter den Debian-Releases hinterher, haben aber grundsätzlich den gleichen Rhythmus wie Debian.

Jein. Wenn die Basis nicht allzusehr umgekrempelt wurde kann man auch von einer zur nächsten Distribution springen. Gibt dann immer mehr oder weniger wilde Anleitungen dazu.

Ubuntu Core ist eine Minimalversion des Ubuntu-Betriebssystems, die speziell für den Einsatz auf eingebetteten Geräten, IoT-Geräten und anderen ähnlichen Anwendungen entwickelt wurde.
Den Kern des Systems bildet eine stark abgespeckte Variante von Ubuntu Linux mit einem eigens für IoT und Edge-Geräte optimierten Kern
Nimm halt ein Debian / Raspberry OS für dein Gerät und gut ist.

du kannst natürlich auch ubuntu nehmen. Deiner Argumentation nach suchst du ja förmlich nach einem Grund ubuntu zu nehmen.
Allerdings find ich, das man nach 5 Jahre schon mal das OS aktualisieren sollte. Wie gesagt, es gibt nach der Regelzeit des Releases nur noch security fixes, also keine besseren performantere Funktionen, falls es da Verbesserungen gibt.
Bei 10 Jahren ist dann schon die Frage, ob die Hardware solange durchhält (Festplatte oder so)Ich würde immer noch Raspian (oben hab ich es RapsiOS genannt) nehmen. Du hast dann max 5 Jahre LTS.
Das aktuelle Raspian vom Mai basiert auf Bullseye, d.h. du hast noch bis 2026 LTS support. Anfang 2026 baust du dann deine Maschine komplett neu auf.
