Fehlermeldung: No connection to states 0.0.0.0:6379[redis]

ist offenbar noch nicht installiert
pi@iobroker:~$ sudo systemctl status redis-server [sudo] Passwort für pi: Unit redis-server.service could not be found.wäre das der richtige Weg zur Installation?
sudo apt install redis-server -
@kiste01 verwechsle ich das oder hattest du redis nicht extern?
Falls nicht, warum willst du redis installieren?
hattest du bisher lokal redis verwendet? -
Da fragst mich was.
Ich hätte nicht das know how für einen externen Redis Server also wäre das bisher wohl intern. Was ich aber sagen kann, dass bei der Anfrage iob status bei den objects redis stand

Im Backup sehe ich neben dem iobroker, javascripts auch redis.
Muss ich das separat restoren und wenn ja vor oder nach dem restore iobroker?

Habe es mutig probiert und der Restore vor dem iobroker restore ging nicht.
System läuft jetzt wieder.

Weil 'redis' als Meta-Paket angelegt ist. Und (neben anderem) auch 'redis-server' als Dependency mitbringt. Macht Updates/Upgrades einfacher. Insbesondere im Hinblick darauf, das redis künftig nicht mehr Bestandteil von Debian sein wird.
Die states-db läuft ja auf redis.
