Use MQTT Broker from IO Broker

Heii I wanted to use the MQTT instance and have also successfully established the connection with the MQTT broker of the IO Broker. I can write data into the broker that is also displayed in the IO broker. However, the data is not automatically passed on to a subscriber of the MQTT broker (Node red) when changes are made, but only once during a refresh. What is the reason for this? I have configured the MQTT broker as follows:

@sophia-maurer either the value has not changed (publish only changes) or the value has been set with acknowledged is true. Or you have entries in your log that a message has been deleted after 11 retries.
