Dann richte das System neu nach einer richtigen Anleitung ein.
Im Debian-Installer die Frage nach dem root-Passwort einfach leer lassen.
Dann wird das in der Folge richtig angelegt.

Ich würde in dem Fall den Rat von @Thomas-Braun befolgen und nochmal ganz neu anfangen und nichts mit https und auch nicht mit "root" arbeiten und von allem die neueste Version nehmen. Man kann von einer Version 1.x nämlich gar nicht so einfach updaten. Die neueste Version von InfluxDB, die Version 2.7.

Leider darf der Benutzer ronny »/usr/bin/ls -la /root« als root auf debian.NUCiobroker nicht ausführen.

Was machst Du da?

Siehe oben --> Rat von @Thomas-Braun befolgen scheint der beste Weg wenn Du iobroker gerade erst begonnen hast. Falls Du schon länger mit root rum hampelst dann ist da sowieso noch mehr kaputt!

nein noch nicht als OSS, nur in der Cloud, kann man da wohl schon was freischalten.
