    Also ich habe mein system jetzt noch mal komplett neu aufgesetzt und ein bisschen rum probiert.
    Ich bekomme bei keiner Version die älter ist als 3.1.3 eine Verbindung zum host.
    Alle versionen ab 3.1.3 (habe aktuell die 3.1.9) Verbinden sofort aber funktionieren nur ein mal.

    @denjo machst du mit eingerichtetem Adapter den downgrade auf 3.0.1 oder muss nach Versionsänderung immer ein neuer Token eingegeben werden?

    Vll kannst du auch mal gucken ob bei gedrückter Klingeltaste der Wert "If there is a Doorbell Press Event" auf True bleibt oder ob der nur einmal kurz schaltet.

    Dann könnte ich das Projekt Ring adapter eh zu den Akten legen und muss nicht länger versuchen eine Version zum laufen zu bekommen. ;)

    @daniel-zingler du musst beim versions Änderung am besten immer ein neuem token erstellen. Falls du schon zu viele gemacht hast am besten alle Geräte auf der Ring Internet Seite löschen und dann ein neuem token machen. Ich kann dir am we bestimmt sonst mal anbieten per Teamviewer sonst mal rauf zu gucken wenn alle stricke reißen. Bei mir läuft die 3.0.1 tadellos

        @daniel-zingler also nur mal zur Info.
        Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe auf github.com hat der Entwickler nur eine ring Kamera deswegen funktioniert nur die Version 3.0.1 und alles was drüber ist nicht für eine doorbell

                      Hallo zusammen,

                      ich bekomme den Adapter nicht zum laufen. Ich bekomme den Token und tragen diesen ein aber dennoch bleibt der Adapter Rot...

                      Das habe ich im Log:

                        Guten Morgen,

                        verwende den Adapter aus dem git (Version 5.0.1-beta.0)

                        Damit erhalte ich jedoch keine "neuen" Videos und Bilder mehr. Der Stand ist immer noch der wie vor ein paar Tagen - bedeutet, die Datenpunkte aktualisieren sich nicht.
                        Der refresh Token wurde bereits aktualisiert und ich hatte den iobroker auch über die Weboberfläche von ring herausgeworfen und neu hinzugefügt.

                        Im log erscheint folgendes:

                          Moien zusammen, brauch mal Hilfe bei der Installation vom Adapter. Er ist eigentlich bis jetzt immer gelaufen. Hab ein Update auf 5.07 gemacht und jetzt bekomme ich ihn nicht mehr zum laufen. Egal welche Version !

                          Node.js: v18.18.2
                          NPM: 10.2.3
                          Installiert js-controller:5.0.12

                                      Jein. Kommt darauf an, ob das binairy im falschen Pfad liegt. Ansonsten wird das nur im Zusammenhang mit dem Paket 'nodejs' angepackt.
                                      Das kann man aber direkt anpacken.

iob stop
sudo apt install --reinstall nodejs
