Hat du kürzlich geupdated? Bzw korreliert das Auftreten des Fehlers mit dem Zeitpunkt eines Updates?

Installiert ist die 2.1.6
Inzwischen habe ich schon einiges probiert: auf die o.g. Version geupdated. Vorher war eine etwas ältere Version. Auch Rpc habe ich aktualisiert. Alles ohne Erfolg. Dann habe ich Node,js aktualisiert, die CCU neu gestartet. Dem Raspi ein Update und Upgrade verpasst. Den Raspi neu gestartet. Alles erfolglos.
Ich habe noch ein Backup. Das werde ich gleich mal einspielen und schauen, was passiert. Das ist sehr merkwürdig…

Bei deinem log oben sagt er auf jeden Fall es kommt von Rega Zeile 258, jedoch bringt mir das nix ohne Versionsnummer.

Und welche Version von Node hast du drauf?

Node passt. Ist das Logfile oben mit Rega 2.1.6 entstanden?

An ein korruptes File System habe ich auch schon gedacht. Allerdings kenne ich mich da leider nicht aus.

Kann ich das unter Linux irgendwie testen? `
Da kenne ich mich leider auch nicht aus.Ich würde die Datei /opt/iobroker/node_modules/iobroker.hm-rega/hm-rega.js mit WinSCP auf den PC kopieren, mit Notepad++ öffnen und das Umfeld von Zeile 258 ansehen.
