Zigbee Stick CC2652P wird nicht mehr erkannt

Ich habe mich nun mehrere Tage mit meinem System auseinandergesetzt und bereits verschiedene Dinge getestet. Leider bekomme ich meinen Adapter einfach nicht mehr ans Laufen nachdem dieser nach einem Pi Neustart nicht mehr startete.
Bisher lief das Setup problemlos, bzw. hatte ich öfter das Problem, dass der Stick nach einem Neustart nicht erkannt wurde. Jedoch half bisher (2x) ein Neu-Flashen des Sticks.
Ich betreibe eine ioBroker Master Instanz auf einem Pi4 und einen Slave auf einem Pi3B+ an welchem der Stick hängt.Das Aktuelle Fehlerlog sieht so aus:

Ein umfangreicheres Log habe ich angehängt.
Ich habe:
- verscheidene COM-Anschlussnamen getestet (/dev/ttyUSB0 ; /dev/serial/by-id/usb-1a86_USB2.0-Serial-if00-port0
- Adapter neu geflashed, nach Anleitung im Thread
- den Slave komplett neu aufgesetzt
- Zigbee Adapter aktualisiert (von 1.4.4 auf 1.5.6)
- Fehlerlösungen von dieser Seite durchgegangen
Aktuell weiß ich leider nicht mehr weiter. Über einen weiteren Ansatz und/oder eine Erklärung des Fehlerbildes würde ich mich freuen. So wie ich es verstanden habe scheint (u.a.?) der serielle Port bereits belegt zu sein. Ich habe aber nur eine Instanz von Zigbee laufen und auch die Belegung und auch den Schreibzugriff auf die serielle Schnittstelle, wie auf der o.a. Seite beschreiben geprüft.

Geholfen hat bei mir am Ende:- Den Stick erneut flashen (wärend der Fehlersuche wurde dies insg. 4x durchgeführt. Ggf. öfter versuchen)
- Zigbee Adapter deinstallieren (am besten über die Konsole
- (beide falls Multihost) System neustarten
- Adapter neu installieren

ich frage nochmal.. bist du dir sicher das der Adapter NUR auf dem Slave drauf ist ?? hast du am Master in der console gecheckt ?

@arteck ich habe zigbee auf beiden Geräten über die Konsole deinstalliert und nur auf dem Slave über die Konsole wieder installiert. Wie kann ich denn prüfen ob der Adapter auf dem Master vorhanden ist? Wenn ich auf dem slave alle Adapter aufliste zeigt er mir auch die vom Master an.

Hast du ein USB-to-serial Adapter
CH341 riecht nach CH340, der auf dem Stick von Dimav drauf ist bzw. drauf war. Da scheint es eine neue Version des Sticks zu geben mit einer anderen Bauform des CH34x.
Bei meinem war noch ein CH340 auf der Rückseite drauf, weshalb ich ihn auch einfach umbauen und so direkt ohne USB mit einem Serial <-> Ethernet Wandler ins LAN bringen konnte. Damit wären dann auch die USB-/Serial-Probleme weg gewesen, wenn ich die denn gehabt hätte.

Habe das vor allem wegen der Netztopologie gemacht. , Mein ioBroker Rechner steht nicht dort, wo der Zigbee Controller stehen sollte. USB Themen waren bei mir nicht die Ursache, kennt man mit Windows nicht so sehr.
Für den Umbau braucht man halt so ein Modul, man muß löten und eine Leiterbahn unterbrechen. Nicht jedermanns Sache.
Läuft dann aber rocksolid. -

Zu viel Uruhe, zu viele Überraschungen nach updates. Die USRIOTs gehen gut. Zigbee Adapter und Smartmeter Adapter unterstützen tcp. Damit läuft's stabil und ich kann meine USBs anderweitig nutzen. -

Der Adapter öffnet die serielle Schnittstelle (erfolgreich), und versucht dann mit über diese mit der Firmware zu kommunizieren - bekommt aber keine Antwort von der Firmware.

Der Adapter konnte die Serielle Schnittstelle nicht öffnen da sie vom System noch nicht wieder Freigegeben war. Dieses ist darauf zurück zu führen das in der im 1.5.6 verbundenen Herdsman Version der Herdsman nicht sauber beendet wird und daher die Schnittstelle nicht freigegeben wird.
Ein Update auf den Zigbee Adapter 1.6.1 von Github ist an dieser Stelle ratsam.
Es ist also (leider) zu befürchten das es entweder ein problem mit der Firmware auf dem Stick oder mit der seriellen Kommunikation zum Stick gibt. Der Wechsel an einen anderen USB Port oder auf ein anderes USB Verlängerungskabel (sofern eines verwendet wird) ist in diesem Fall ratsam, um zwischen Störungen durch USB und Problemen mit der Hardware / Firmware des Sticks unterscheiden zu können.
Es macht auch Sinn den Adapter im Debug und mit dem Haken bei "Zigbee Herdsman Debug Info" zu starten, dann kommen ggf. mehr Meldungen aus dem Versuch mit dem Koordinator zu kommunizieren.

Der Stick ist direkt am Pi. Ich habe auch schon verschiedene Ports versucht.
Ich werde noch mal die Firmware neu flashen.
Bisher war ich mir nicht sicher ob der Fehler eher am Adapter oder eher am Stick liegt. -

Ich hatte gestern das gleiche Problem. Der Adapter auf einem der beiden Slaves bliebt gelb. Ich hatte vorher das node.js-Update gemacht. Da auch eine neue Kernelversion mit installiert wurde, musste der RPi neu gestartet werden.
Nachdem ich es nicht mehr geschafft hatte, den Adapter mittels Adapterneustart grün zu bekommen, habe ich den RPi nochmal neu gestartet und bin ins Bett gegangen. Heute morgen war er dann grün.
Nur so als Info, dass Du nicht alleine bist.

Bei mir lief der Adapter gut ne Woche nicht. Neustarts hatten leider nicht funktioniert. Mal sehen wie lange es jetzt läuft
