Denkfehler bei falls / sonst falls?

Hallo,
wollte anhand eines Zahlenwertes Text in einer Tabelle formatieren und einfärben.
Zum testen schreibe ich grad nur die Farbe mit in meine Tabelle.
Leider klappt es nicht wie ich möchte.
Vermutlich verstehe ich den sonst falls Block falsch.....Um zu niedriger der Wert wird desto mehr soll die Farbe von grün zu rot wandern.
Jedoch bekommt jeder Wert die selbe Farbe....

Hab ich gemacht.
Jetzt fehlt orange und rot (wobei es rot nicht gibt bei den Werten).Die 97 sollte ja orange sein.

Wollt nur mal zeigen, wie die Tabelle fertig aussieht.
Dann weiß man wenigsten wobei man geholfen hat ^^.
Die Farben passe ich ggf. noch was an. Finde es noch was grell....
