                The current Node.js version (v20.18.0) is vulnerable to the following CVEs:

                CVE-2025-23083(high): With the aid of the diagnostics_channel utility, an event can be hooked into whenever a worker thread is created. This is not limited only to workers but also exposes internal workers, where an instance of them can be fetched, and its constructor can be grabbed and reinstated for malicious usage.

                This vulnerability affects Permission Model users (--permission) on Node.js v20, v22, and v23.
                Patched versions: ^20.18.2 || ^22.13.1 || ^23.6.1
                =

                CVE-2025-23085(medium): A memory leak could occur when a remote peer abruptly closes the socket without sending a GOAWAY notification. Additionally, if an invalid header was detected by nghttp2, causing the connection to be terminated by the peer, the same leak was triggered. This flaw could lead to increased memory consumption and potential denial of service under certain conditions.

                This vulnerability affects HTTP/2 Server users on Node.js v18.x, v20.x, v22.x and v23.x.
                Patched versions: ^18.20.6 || ^20.18.2 || ^22.13.1 || ^23.6.1
                =

                CVE-2025-23166(high): The C++ method SignTraits::DeriveBits() may incorrectly call ThrowException() based on user-supplied inputs when executing in a background thread, crashing the Node.js process. Such cryptographic operations are commonly applied to untrusted inputs. Thus, this mechanism potentially allows an adversary to remotely crash a Node.js runtime.
                Patched versions: ^20.19.2 || ^22.15.1 || ^23.11.1 || ^24.0.2
                =

                CVE-2025-23167(medium): A flaw in Node.js 20's HTTP parser allows improper termination of HTTP/1 headers using `\r\n\rX` instead of the required `\r\n\r\n`.
                This inconsistency enables request smuggling, allowing attackers to bypass proxy-based access controls and submit unauthorized requests.

                The issue was resolved by upgrading `llhttp` to version 9, which enforces correct header termination.

                Impact:
                * This vulnerability affects only Node.js 20.x users prior to the `llhttp` v9 upgrade.

                    @sral74 sagte in Kein öffnen von Iobroker oder Grafana möglich:

                    Ein laufender Desktop bricht dir auf dem kleinen System ohnehin schon direkt das Genick.
                    Schalt den MIST AUS!!!! Hat im Serverbetrieb nix zu suchen.

                    Sieht man auch am load:

                    top - 15:14:00 up 7 min, 4 users, load average: 7.42, 8.46, 4.29

                    System insgesamt alles nicht auf Stand.

                    Also Desktop ausknipsen, alles updaten (und zwar ALLES!), davon ein Backup mittels Backitup-Adapter ziehen und mit dem Backup auf ein aktuelles System umziehen.

                          Ja, aber auch den hält man schlank. Installier da also die Raspberry OS 'Lite' 64Bit Version auf dem Ding.

                            Wenn Du nur datteln willst , ist das mehr als okay .
                            Wenn’s Smartphonemäßig mehr werden sollte , würde ich bei Ebay nen Desk PC schiessen für 40-50€ und selber aufrüsten .
                            Bist dann fast beim gleichen Preis wie der Raspi , aber flexibel .

                              @haselchen ich frage damit eigentlich nur ein paar Heizungsdaten, PV Daten und Stromdaten ab.

                                @sral74 sind ja recht übersichtlich deine Beiträge😉 und da war auch letzter Stand, kein Desktop installiert.
                                Somit wurde seit 9.nov (is noch Lang kein ganzes Jahr) zwischenzeitlich ne neue Installation angestoßen

                                  Wenn Du dann schon ca. 100€ fürn Raspi mit allem Drum und Dran kaufen willst , würde ich auf die flexible Lösung setzen.

                                      Und so platt kann man das auch nicht sage, das ein Pi5/8GB 'nur zum daddeln taugt...'.

                                            Natürlich reicht der 5er.
                                            Da ich aber die Ziele und Wünsche für die Zukunft des TE nicht kenne , habe ich ein „Bastelsystem“ vorgeschlagen, um flexibel zu bleiben.
                                            Ob er nun 100€ für den Raspi oder den Desk PC ausgibt ……
